Cox-2、P53在骨肉瘤中的表达及临床意义的开题报告摘要：骨肉瘤是一种恶性肿瘤，治疗困难，预后不良。本研究旨在探讨COX-2和P53在骨肉瘤中的表达及其与预后的关系。通过检测骨肉瘤患者组织中COX-2和P53的表达水平，分析COX-2和P53的表达与患者预后的相关性。结果显示，COX-2和P53的表达水平显著高于正常组织，COX-2的高表达与预后差相关，P53的高表达与预后无显著相关性。本研究认为COX-2是一个重要的预后指标，可能成为治疗骨肉瘤的新靶点。关键词：骨肉瘤；COX-2；P53；表达；预后Abstract:Osteosarcomaisamalignanttumorwithdifficulttreatmentandpoorprognosis.ThepurposeofthisstudyistoexploretheexpressionofCOX-2andP53inosteosarcomaandtheirrelationshipwithprognosis.BydetectingtheexpressionlevelsofCOX-2andP53inthetissuesofosteosarcomapatients,thecorrelationbetweentheexpressionofCOX-2andP53andtheprognosisofpatientswasanalyzed.TheresultsshowedthattheexpressionlevelsofCOX-2andP53weresignificantlyhigherthanthoseinnormaltissues,andthehighexpressionofCOX-2wasassociatedwithpoorprognosis,whilethehighexpressionofP53wasnotsignificantlycorrelatedwithprognosis.Inconclusion,COX-2isanimportantprognosticindicatorandmaybecomeanewtargetforthetreatmentofosteosarcoma.Keywords:Osteosarcoma;COX-2;P53;expression;prognosis
