哈尔滨工业大学毕业设计（论文）PAGE\*MERGEFORMAT-70-毕业设计（论文）题目钢结构七层住宅楼专业土木工程学号1093310211学生周鹏指导教师黄锰、张有闻、胡庆立答辩日期2013年7月1~2号摘要钢结构住宅是目前我国重点推广的建设项目，是我国住宅工业化的发展方向，钢结构在多层住宅中的推广应用是非常有意义的。本设计为一多层钢结构住宅楼，进行了以下两部分的设计工作：第一部分为建筑设计建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据任务书的要求，综合考虑地基环境，使用功能，结构施工，材料设备，建筑设计及建筑艺术问题，解决建筑物的使用功能和空间的安排。依据建筑物的概念，建筑方针的原则，完成了拟建住宅楼以下几方面的设计：建筑布局，基本户型确定，空间组合设计，屋面设计及建筑立面设计等等。第二部分为结构设计根据设计任务书的要求和《钢结构设计规范》的规定，本设计采用钢结构框架结构体系，结构设计由荷载计算框架结构的受力分析，计算和设计，楼板设计，楼梯设计和基础设计等组成。考虑风荷载对横向框架的影响，采用D值法计算内力。竖向荷载作用下，横向框架内力计算采用弯矩分配法计算，而内力组合比较了竖向荷载组合和竖向荷载与地震力组合时对框架梁、柱产生的不利影响，取两者中较大值对框架梁、柱进行截面设计。第三部分为基础设计根据设计任务书的要求和《地基基础设计规范》的规定，本工程采用柱下独立基础，部分柱距较小的地方采用联合基础。基础设计主要依据上部结构形式，传至基础顶端的内力以及建筑地点地质条件，对本工程进行基础计算、基础布置以及地基沉降计算。关键词：钢结构多层住宅建筑设计结构设计基础设计AbstractTheconcreteframelivingbuildingisakindofconstructionprojectthatisenergeticallypopularizedbythecountry.Itshowsthedirectionoflivingbuildingindustrializationanditmakesensethedevelopment.Thisdesignisforsuchaconcreteframebuilding.Thefirstpartisthearchitecturaldesign.Thearchitecturaldesignisonthepremiseofmasterplan,accordingtotherequestofbook,consideringthebaseenvironmentsynthetically,thefunctionofuse,thestructureconstructs,materialequipment,architecturaldesignandartisticquestionofthebuilding,solvethefunctionofuseofthebuildingandarrangementinthespace.Whetheraccordingtoconceptdesignofbuilding,principlepolicyofbuilding,thedesignshouldfinishthefollowingaspects.Theoverallarrangementofthebuilding,theelementarycellisdesigned,thepublicpartisdesigned,thespaceismadeupanddesigned,theroofingisdesigned,theelevationdesignofthebuildingandbuildingfirepreventionanddesignetc..Thesecondpartisstructuraldesign.Structuraldesignisconsistedbycalculationofwindload,designofframe,stairdesign,boarddesignwiththefoundationdesigningetc.makingup.Shouldbuildprovidefortificationagainstearthquakeintensity7,antidetonationgradeforbeingtertiary,considerhorizontalearthquakefunctionimpactonhorizontalframeandapplythemethodofforforcecalculate,Verticaltoloadfunction,horizontalframeinternal
