摘要高等教育制度作为高等教育研究的一个重要领域,历来为国内外专家学者所关注。考察高等教育制度的制度化过程,对于构建现代高等教育制度具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。就当前关于高等教育制度的研究来看,学者们多是从经济学或社会学等学科的视角,对高等教育制度进行分析。本论文则从制度伦理的视角,对高等教育制度的历史演进过程进行了梳理和总结。本研究通过对高等教育制度过程的四个环节,即高等教育制度选择、高等教育制度制定、高等教育制度执行和高等教育制度评价中的伦理进行考察和分析,对高等教育制度过程从纵切面上进行了剖析。论文以中国高等教育制度过程作为个案加以佐证,对高等教育制度构建过程中的制度合理性与合法性进行了伦理审视。探求高等教育制度伦理的目的,主要还是在于为中国高等教育发展中存在的问题寻找解决的方案。本文认为,中国高等教育问题的根源很大程度上在于它往往未被视为真正的教育制度,某些问题实际上来自影响高等教育发展的外部大环境,高等教育制度不可能解决它自身以外的事情。所以,中国高等教育制度必须努力破除阻碍其实现的某些方面的障碍,还高等教育组织机构--学术组织的本来面目,使其"是其所是",如此,中国高等教育制度才能获得其合理性和合法性。关键词:高等教育制度;制度过程;制度伦理AbstraetDighereducationsystemisallimportantsubjectinthehighereducationresearchfields,ithasbeenafocuswhichattractsmanyexpertsandscholars.T11estudvtodiscusstheprocessofhighereducationsystemisofgreatsignificanceintheoryandpractice.Atpresenthighereducationsystemareusuallyanalyzedfromtheperspectivesofeconomicsandsocialsciencesbymanyscholars.Theresearchcardedoutwiththisdissertationworkisfromtheperspectiveofsystemethics,throughreviewingthehistoryofhighereducatinsyetemandanalyzingtheprocessofhighereducationsystem,namelythevalueofhighereducationsystem,thedesignofhighereducationsystem,theimplementationofhighereducationsystemandtheevaluationofhighereducationsystemtoanalyzetheprocessofhighereducationsystemandtoreviewrationalityandlegitimacyofhighereducationsystem.Thepurposeoftheresearchistofindana???tidotetotheproblemsofhighereducationinChinabyexploringhighereducationsystem.Therootoftheproblemisthathighereducationsystemisnotseenasarealeducationsystem.factlySOmeproblemsareinflencedbytheexternalenviromentofhighereducation.DighereducationsystemitselfCannotresolvecertainproblemsoutsideofhighereducationsystem.Therefore,highereducationsysteminChinamusthavehighereducationacademicorganizationsthatarenotconfinedbysomeobstacles.OnlyinthiswayCanhighereducationsysteminChinabeexpectedtoregainitslegitimacyandvitality.KeyWords:DigherEducationSystem;ProcessofSystem;Systemethics.厦门大学学位论文原创性声明兹呈交的学位论文,是本人在导师指导下独立完成的研究成果。本人在论文写作中参考的其他个人或集体的研究成果,均在文中以明确方式标明。本人依法享有和承担由??论
