Fe基非晶合金在碱性溶液中的电化学行为及磁场对其耐蚀性能的影响中期报告AbstractTheelectrochemicalbehaviorofFe-basedamorphousalloysinalkalinesolutionandtheeffectofmagneticfieldontheircorrosionresistancewerestudied.TheFe-basedamorphousalloywaspreparedbymeltspinninganditsmicrostructurewasanalyzedbyX-raydiffractionandtransmissionelectronmicroscopy.Electrochemicaltestswerecarriedoutin1MNaOHsolutionusingcyclicvoltammetryandelectrochemicalimpedancespectroscopy.TheresultsindicatedthattheFe-basedamorphousalloyexhibitedgoodcorrosionresistanceinalkalinesolution.ThemagneticfieldhadanotableeffectonthecorrosionresistanceoftheFe-basedamorphousalloy.Whenthemagneticfieldintensitywas0.5T,thecorrosionresistanceofthealloyimprovedsignificantly.IntroductionFe-basedamorphousalloyshaveattractedagreatdealofattentionduetotheirexcellentmechanicalproperties,highcorrosionresistanceandgoodsoftmagneticproperties[1-3].TheapplicationofFe-basedamorphousalloyshasbeenextendedtovariousfieldssuchasaerospace,biomedicalengineering,andenergystorage[4-6].Inrecentyears,theeffectofmagneticfieldontheelectrochemicalbehaviorofmetallicmaterialshasbeenwidelystudied[7-9].However,theeffectofmagneticfieldonthecorrosionresistanceofFe-basedamorphousalloysinalkalinesolutionhasnotbeenthoroughlyinvestigated.Therefore,inthisstudy,weinvestigatedtheelectrochemicalbehaviorofFe-basedamorphousalloysinalkalinesolutionandtheeffectofmagneticfieldonitscorrosionresistance.MaterialsandMethodsTheFe-basedamorphousalloywaspreparedbymeltspinning.ThemicrostructureofthealloywasanalyzedbyX-raydiffractionandtransmissionelectronmicroscopy.Electrochemicaltestswerecarriedoutin1MNaOHsolutionusingaconventionalthree-electrodesystem.Cyclicvoltammetryandelectrochemicalimpedancespectroscopywereusedtocharacterizetheelectrochemicalbehaviorofthealloy.Theeffectofmagneticfieldonthecorrosionresistanceofthealloywasinvestigatedunderdifferentmagneticfieldintensities.ResultsandDiscussionTheXRDpatternoftheFe-basedamorphousalloyshowedanamorphoushalowithoutanycrystallinepeaks(Fig.1).TEMobse
