FJYD供应链管理改进策略研究的开题报告Title:ResearchontheImprovementStrategyofFJYD’sSupplyChainManagementIntroduction:FJYDisaleadingcompanyinthefoodindustrywithalonghistoryandhighreputation.However,itssupplychainmanagementhasencounteredsomechallengesinrecentyears,suchasdelayeddelivery,highinventory,andlowefficiency.Inordertoimprovetheoverallperformanceofthecompany,itisnecessarytoexploreeffectivestrategiestooptimizeitssupplychainmanagement.Objectives:1.ToanalyzethecurrentsituationofFJYD’ssupplychainmanagementandidentifyitsmainchallenges;2.ToreviewtheliteratureonsupplychainmanagementandidentifyrelevanttheoreticalframeworksandbestpracticesthatcouldbeappliedtoFJYD’scontext;3.TodevelopanimprovementstrategyforFJYD’ssupplychainmanagementbasedontheanalysisofitscurrentsituationandtheknowledgedrawnfromtheliteraturereview;4.Totestthefeasibilityandeffectivenessoftheproposedimprovementstrategythroughcasestudiesandsimulationmodels.Methodology:Thisstudywilladoptamixed-methodsapproach,includingqualitativedatacollectionandanalysis,aliteraturereview,andquantitativemodeling.Thefollowingmethodologywillbeemployed:1.Aseriesofsemi-structuredinterviewswillbeconductedwithFJYD’sstakeholders,includingmanagers,employees,suppliers,andcustomers,togainanin-depthunderstandingofthecurrentchallengesandopportunitiesofitssupplychainmanagement.2.Acomprehensiveliteraturereviewwillbeconductedtoexploretherelevanttheoreticalframeworksandbestpracticesinsupplychainmanagement.3.Basedonthefindingsfromtheinterviewsandliteraturereview,aconceptualframeworkandasetofguidelinesforimprovingFJYD’ssupplychainmanagementwillbedeveloped.4.Totestthefeasibilityandeffectivenessoftheproposedframeworkandguidelines,severalcasestudieswillbeconducted,andasimulationmodelwillbebuiltandevaluated.ExpectedOutcomes:ThisstudyisexpectedtocontributetotheimprovementofFJYD’ssupplychainmanagementbyprovidingasystematicanalysisofitscurrentsituationanddevelopingafeasibleandeffectiveimprovementstrategy.Thestudyisalsoexpectedtoaddtotheexistingbodyo
