功能、解剖影像指导胸部肿瘤放射治疗研究的中期报告【摘要】目的:探讨功能影像与解剖影像指导的胸部肿瘤放疗的疗效与安全性。方法:放疗前进行PET/CT以及CT肺功能检测。根据功能影像及解剖影像指导确定了放疗目标区域。结果:在20例患者中，8例使用功能影像指导放疗，12例使用解剖影像指导放疗。在两组中，达到完全缓解的患者比例无明显差异(75%vs66.7%)。与解剖影像指导放疗组相比，功能影像指导放疗组的肿瘤控制率更高(100%vs91.7%)，但是两组在侵袭性肺癌即未经根治切除的肺癌的治疗效果方面无明显差异。放疗期间和术后，两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论:功能影像与解剖影像的指导可提高胸部肿瘤放疗的疗效，同时不增加副作用的发生率。【关键词】功能影像；解剖影像；胸部肿瘤放疗【Abstract】Objective:Toexploretheefficacyandsafetyoffunctionalandanatomicalimagingguidedradiotherapyinchesttumors.Method:Beforeradiotherapy,PET/CTandCTlungfunctiontestswereperformed.Thetargetareaofradiotherapywasdeterminedbasedonfunctionalandanatomicalimagingguidance.Result:In20patients,8usedfunctionalimagingguidedradiotherapyand12usedanatomicalimagingguidedradiotherapy.Therewasnosignificantdifferenceintheproportionofpatientsachievingcompleteremissioninbothgroups(75%vs66.7%).Comparedwiththegroupguidedbyanatomicalimaging,thetumorcontrolrateinthefunctionalimaginggroupwashigher(100%vs91.7%),buttherewasnosignificantdifferenceinthetreatmenteffectofinvasivelungcancer,i.e.non-radicalresectionoflungcancer.Duringandafterradiotherapy,therewerenoseriousadversereactionsinbothgroups.Conclusion:Functionalandanatomicalimagingguidancecanimprovetheefficacyofchesttumorradiotherapywithoutincreasingtheincidenceofsideeffects.【KeyWords】FunctionalImaging;AnatomicalImaging;ChestTumorRadiotherapy
