共混对聚丙烯挤出发泡性能影响的研究的中期报告摘要：本文研究了共混对聚丙烯挤出发泡性能的影响。采用了离子聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯和丙烯酸-butadiene共聚物作为助剂，将这些助剂与聚丙烯混合，并挤出制备了发泡板。通过扫描电镜、密度测试等手段对发泡板的微观结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明，所加入的助剂对聚丙烯的挤出和发泡性能均有显著影响，其中添加离子聚丙烯后，聚丙烯的密度降低，且气孔分布均匀，形态规则；添加聚苯乙烯后，发泡板的表面光滑，但气孔分布不均匀；而添加丙烯酸-butadiene共聚物后，发泡板的孔径变小，且密度和强度均有所提高。关键词：共混；聚丙烯；发泡性能；微观结构Abstract:Thispaperinvestigatestheeffectofblendingontheextrusionfoamingpropertiesofpolypropylene.Ionizedpolypropylene,polystyrene,andacrylate-butadienecopolymerwereusedasadditives,mixedwithpolypropylene,andfoamedboardswerepreparedbyextrusion.Themicrostructureandpropertiesofthefoamedboardwerecharacterizedbyscanningelectronmicroscopyanddensitytesting.Theresultsshowthattheaddedadditiveshaveasignificanteffectontheextrusionandfoamingpropertiesofpolypropylene.Afteraddingionizedpolypropylene,thedensityofpolypropylenedecreases,andtheporedistributionisuniformandtheshapeisregular.Afteraddingpolystyrene,thesurfaceofthefoamedboardissmooth,buttheporedistributionisuneven.Afteraddingacrylate-butadienecopolymer,theporediameterofthefoamedboardbecomessmaller,andthedensityandstrengthareimproved.Keywords:blending;polypropylene;foamingproperties;microstructure
