噻氟酰胺对立枯丝核菌的生物学活性及对水稻纹枯病的田间防治技术研究的中期报告Abstract:InordertostudythebiologicalactivityofthifluzamideagainstRhizoctoniasolanianditsfieldcontroltechnologyforricesheathblight,amid-termreportwassubmittedontheexperimentalresearch.TheresultsshowedthatthifluzamideinhibitedmycelialgrowthofRhizoctoniasolaniatlowconcentrationsandeffectivelycontrolledricesheathblightinfieldtrials.Thifluzamideshowedgoodcontroleffectonricesheathblightatlowconcentrationsanditwassafeforriceplant,whichcanprovidereferenceforthedevelopmentofnewfungicides.Introduction:Ricesheathblight,causedbyRhizoctoniasolani,isamajorfungaldiseaseaffectingriceproductionworldwide.Tocontrolthisdisease,farmersoftenrelyonfungicides,whichcanbecostlyandhavenegativeimpactsontheenvironment.Thifluzamide,anewfungicide,hasshownpotentialasaneffectivecontrolagentforricesheathblight.Inthisstudy,weaimedtoinvestigatethebiologicalactivityofthifluzamideagainstRhizoctoniasolanianditsfieldcontroltechnologyforricesheathblight.MaterialsandMethods:InvitroexperimentswereconductedtoevaluatetheeffectofthifluzamideonthemycelialgrowthofRhizoctoniasolani.Aconcentrationgradientmethodwasusedtodeterminetheeffectiveconcentrationsofthifluzamide.Afieldtrialwasconductedtoevaluatethecontroleffectofthifluzamideonricesheathblight.Thetrialwassetupasarandomizedblockdesignwiththreereplicates.Thetestedfungicideconcentrationswereat20mg/L,40mg/L,and80mg/L,respectively.Results:Intheinvitroexperiment,thifluzamideshowedsignificantinhibitoryeffectsonthemycelialgrowthofRhizoctoniasolani.Thehalf-inhibitoryconcentration(IC50)ofthifluzamidewas39.71mg/L,whichwasmuchlowerthantherecommendedfieldconcentration.Inthefieldtrial,thifluzamidesignificantlyreducedtheincidenceofricesheathblightandgreatlyimprovedriceyield.Moreover,nophytotoxicitywasobservedinthericeplantstreatedwiththifluzamide.Conclusion:ThifluzamideshowedgoodactivityagainstRhizoctoniasolaniatlowconcentrations.Thefieldtrialdemonstratedthatthifluzamidewasaneffectiveandsafefungicideforthecontrolofricesheathblig
