高压氧对大鼠肠粘膜缺血再灌注损伤所致细胞凋亡的影响的开题报告摘要：本研究旨在探究高压氧对大鼠肠粘膜缺血再灌注损伤所致细胞凋亡的影响。采用大鼠模型，随机分为对照组、模型组和高压氧组，进行缺血再灌注操作。通过HE染色、TUNEL法、免疫组化及RT-PCR等方法检测小肠黏膜病理变化、细胞凋亡及相关分子表达，探究高压氧对肠粘膜缺血再灌注损伤所致细胞凋亡的影响。预计高压氧能够显著减少肠黏膜细胞凋亡，改善肠黏膜病理变化，与模型组相比差异有统计学意义。研究结果可为高压氧治疗肠粘膜缺血再灌注损伤提供参考。关键词：高压氧，肠粘膜，细胞凋亡，缺血再灌注，大鼠Abstract:Thepurposeofthisstudyistoexploretheeffectofhigh-pressureoxygenoncellapoptosiscausedbyintestinalmucosalischemia-reperfusioninjuryinrats.Ratswererandomlydividedintocontrolgroup,modelgroupandhigh-pressureoxygengroupandunderwentischemia-reperfusionoperation.Changesinintestinalmucosalpathologicalchanges,cellapoptosisandrelatedmolecularexpressionweredetectedbyHEstaining,TUNELmethod,immunohistochemistryandRT-PCR,toexploretheeffectofhigh-pressureoxygenonintestinalmucosalischemia-reperfusioninjury-inducedcellapoptosis.Itisexpectedthathigh-pressureoxygencansignificantlyreduceintestinalmucosalcellapoptosisandimprovepathologicalchangesinintestinalmucosa,withstatisticalsignificancecomparedtothemodelgroup.Theresultsofthestudycanprovidereferenceforthetreatmentofintestinalmucosalischemia-reperfusioninjurybyhigh-pressureoxygen.Keywords:High-pressureoxygen,intestinalmucosa,cellapoptosis,ischemia-reperfusion,rats
