PAGE\*MERGEFORMAT10AnalysisofEnglishEducationofChildrenintheTargetLanguageCulturalInformationintoFeasibilityandNecessity[Keywords]targetlanguageculture,tools,functions,trainingfunctions,informationtransmission[Abstract]Theauthorexploresthechildren’sEnglisheducationinthetargetlanguageculturalinformationintofeasibilityandnecessity.ChildrenintheirEnglishcoursesrunbythewaythecardintothesystembyaddingthetargetlanguageandculturaltopics,throughfiveyearsofpracticecomeintothetargetlanguageandculturalpurposesshouldhavetwolevels:1.Weshouldpassthoserelatedtoanunfamiliarorlittle-knownculturalinformation,2.Differenceswithinacountryexperienceandidentification.Ifthesetwolevelscanbeachieved,willimprovechildren’sinterestandpromotelearningforeignlanguagesplayanimportantroleinmotivation.First,fromatheoreticalbasisforuptoexplorePrimaryeducationinforeignlanguageteachinghasadualfunction,thatfunctionanddevelopfunctionaltools.Toolfeatures:Childrenusuallyunderstand,graspandapplythisproceduretolearnforeignlanguages.Thatalltheforeignlanguageprogramandlanguageexerciseswillappear.TrainingFunctioncanbeinterpretedasactsofcognitionandlanguagedevelopmentpromotion.languageeducationwiththispurpose:culturalrelativityandtheattitudetowardsothersintheimportanceofchoice.Everylanguageisarealitythatasaparticularsystem.Eachtimethatconstitutetherealityofthestructurehasitsownuniqueway.Thisgivesusalanguagetounderstandtheworldofeducationasanewconcept.Languagehashelprevealtherelativityoflanguageandculture,thelanguageitselfrevealstheinterpersonalandsocialcustoms.Thatfunctioninvolvesthecultivationoflanguageandculturalconnotations.foreignlanguagelearningandpracticeisexpressedinthelanguageandculturalbackgrounds,customs,thoughtandconsciousnessactivity-based.Allofthisisnottheultimategoalistounderstandthelanguageofthecountrylearnedthiskindofliteraryorfolkknowledge,butinspiritasstudentsplayamajorroleinwealth,inordertogetthisconcept:toleranceandrespectandhavedifferentthings.Intheschool-ageperiod,thatissev
