GCJS学院人力资源管理对策研究的综述报告Abstract:Astheglobalanddomesticeconomicenvironmentchanges,theimportanceofhumanresourcemanagementinenterprisesisbecomingmoreandmoreprominent.GCJSCollegeisnoexception.Inordertoimprovethelevelofhumanresourcemanagement,thisarticlemakesacomprehensiveandin-depthanalysisofthecurrentstatusofGCJSCollege'shumanresourcemanagement,andputsforwardcorrespondingcountermeasuresfromfouraspects:recruitment,training,performanceappraisal,andemployeemotivation.Introduction:Withthedevelopmentofsocietyandtheprogressoftheeconomy,humanresourceshavebecomethecoreresourcesofanenterprise.Thesuccessorfailureofanenterprisedependsonhowmuchemphasistheyplaceonhumanresourcemanagement.GCJSCollegeisahighereducationinstitutionwithalonghistoryandrichexperience.ItisoneofthekeyuniversitiesinChina'shighereducationsystem.However,intoday'sincreasinglyfiercecompetitioninthetalentmarket,themanagementofGCJSCollege'shumanresourcesstillfacesmanyproblems.Therefore,itisnecessarytostudyandanalyzethecurrentstatusofhumanresourcemanagementinGCJSCollege,andputforwardcorrespondingcountermeasurestoimprovethelevelofhumanresourcemanagement.Recruitment:Recruitmentisthefoundationofhumanresourcemanagement.Thequalityofemployeesdirectlyaffectsthedevelopmentofenterprises.However,thecurrentrecruitmentsystemofGCJSCollegeisnotperfect.Firstly,therecruitmentprocessiscomplicated,andtherearemanyproceduresthatneedtobecompleted,whichleadstoalongrecruitmentcycle.Secondly,therecruitmentteamisnotprofessionalenough,andthereisalackofcommunicationbetweentherecruitmentteamandtheacademicdepartments.Thirdly,therecruitmentprocesslacksinnovation,andtherecruitmentchannelsaresingle.Tosolvetheaboveproblems,GCJSCollegeshouldestablishamorescientific,efficient,andstreamlinedrecruitmentsystem.Firstly,therecruitmentprocessshouldbesimplifiedandtherecruitmentteamshouldbeprofessionalizedtoensuretherapidandefficientcompletionofrecruitment.Secondly,acommunicationmechanismshouldbeestablishedbetweentherecruitmentteamandacademicdepartments
