南京110kV杨塘变电站工程质量评估报告江苏兴源电力建设监理有限公司南京110kV杨塘输变电工程监理项目部2013年05月1批准:年月日审核:年月日编写:年月日2目次1工程概况·····················································································································································42质量评估范围············································································································································53质量评估依据············································································································································54施工过程质量控制综述······························································································································65工程质量监理控制概述······························································································································66主要分部工程质量核查情况·····················································································································77工程质量评估结论·····································································································································113受业主单位委托,江苏兴源电力建设监理有限公司成立了以魏高明为总监的南京110kV杨塘输变电工程监理项目部,对110kV杨塘输变电工程进行施工阶段质量控制。通过建设单位各部门,设计单位,施工单位,监理单位的共同努力,本工程于2012年6月15日正式开工,2013年4月14日施工单位提请本工程初步竣工申请,我项目监理部根据规范及相关文件对本工程实施质量评估,质量评估报告出具如下:1工程概况1.1工程简述新建110kV杨塘变电站位于南京江宁滨江开发区内,弘利路与中环大道交叉口。全站总建筑面积4506平方米。主要建筑物综合楼占地面积3944平方米,地下层为现浇钢筋混凝土电缆层、主变室油坑、楼梯间;一层设置主变室和散热器室、110kV配电室、10kV开关室、安全工具室卫生间、门卫室、楼梯间;二层为三个10kV电容器室,二次设备室、备品室、楼梯间。建筑耐久年限50年,抗震设防烈度七度。电气规模:远景3×80MVA主变,本期建设2×80MVA主变(1#、2#主变),预留3#主变压器的位置及相关条件;110kV电缆进线远景6回,本期4回,设并接端口;10kV电缆出线远景48回,本期32回;10kV并联电容器无功补偿装置远景每台主变配置3组6000kvar电容器,本期1#、2#主变各配置3组6000kvar电容器。变电站二次设备室综合楼二层布置。安装测控保护屏、消弧线圈控制屏、通信设备屏、交直流屏、电能表屏等共18面,继电保护采用测控保护和综合保护、后台监控组成的综合自动化系统。全站安装电力电缆支架、控制电缆支架,电缆接线、电气试验、保护调试、视频监控系统设备的安装及调试、火灾报警装置等施工项目。1.2参建单位建设单位:江苏省电力公司南京供电公司设计单位:南京电力工程设计有限公司监理单位:江苏兴源电力建设监理有限公司土建施工单位:南通四建集团工程有限公
