PAGEII山西财经大学201X届本科生毕业论文（设计）摘要我国是医药生产大国。随着我国老龄化趋势加速，国民健康意识增强以及我国医药产业巨大的发展空间。中华人民共和国国家标准《医药冷链物流运作规范》的发布严格规定了医药产品的收货、储存、运输、设施设备和人员配备等方面的要求。医药冷链物流是现代物流的重要分支。提升客户满意程度以及公司经济效益，优化作业流程，提高工作效率是公司追求的目标。首先，本文分析国内外有关冷链物流的研究现状以及医药冷链物流的成本核算方法。其次，介绍国药集团冷链物流的基本情况，分析该公司医药冷链物流业务流程的配送环节。接着利用VRP、软时间窗等找到目标函数对国药冷链物流的业务流程进行详细的分析。在此基础上找到控制成本的方法。一般而言，温度与时间是我们关注的重点，因此需要先进的科学技术为依托提高温控技术含量并且节约流程时间，城市冷链配送我们需注意两点，一方面，我们需知道检测物流服务水平的重要指标，是否具备处理客户随机需求的能力，如何有效处理时间窗限制。另一方面，易损的冷链品对时间具有强烈的敏感性，在运输过程中很容易产生货损成本。因此基于实际的城市交通拥堵情况，如何缩短配送时间、减少运输成本和惩罚成本、提高客户的满意度，实现冷链物流配送成本最优化，是研究配送优化的关键问题。关键词：医药冷链；配送；成本控制；VRP模型AbstractChinaisabigproducerofmedicine.WiththeaccelerationoftheagingtrendinChina,thenationalhealthawarenessandthehugedevelopmentspaceofChina'spharmaceuticalindustry.ThenationalstandardofthePeople'sRepublicofChina,medicalcoldchainlogisticsoperationstandards,hasissuedstrictprovisionsonthereceipt,storage,transportation,facilitiesandequipmentandpersonnelrequirementsofmedicalproducts.Pharmaceuticalcoldchainlogisticsisanimportantlogisticsservicefieldforenterprises.Inordertoimprovecustomersatisfactionandthecompany'seconomicbenefits,optimizetheoperationprocess,improveworkefficiencyisthecompany'sgoal.Firstly,thispaperanalyzestheresearchstatusofcoldchainlogisticsathomeandabroad,andsummarizestheoptimizationofmedicalcoldchainlogisticsbusinessprocessandVRP.Secondly,itintroducesthebasicsituationofsinopharmcoldchainlogistics,andanalyzesthedistributionlinkofthecompany'smedicalcoldchainlogisticsbusinessprocess.Then,VRPisusedtofindthetargetfunctiontoanalyzethebusinessprocessofcoldchainlogisticsindetail.Onthisbasistofindawaytocontrolcosts.Generallyspeaking,temperatureandtimearethekeypointswepayattentionto.Therefore,advancedscienceandtechnologyareneededtoimprovethetemperaturecontroltechnologycontentbasedontheurbancoldchaindistribution.Ontheonehand,weneedtoknowtheimportantindicatorstodetecttheleveloflogisticsservice,whetherwehavetheabilitytohandletherandomneedsofcustomers,andhowtoeffective
