EPC模式下的总承包商索赔管理研究——以SWFC总承包工程为例的任务书Titleoftheproject:ClaimsmanagementofthegeneralcontractorinEPCmode-AcasestudyofSWFCBackground:Engineering,Procurement,andConstruction(EPC)isacommonlyusedmodeofcontractingintheconstructionindustry.Inthismode,theclienthiresasingleentity,thegeneralcontractor(GC),totakeresponsibilityfortheentireproject,includingdesign,procurement,andconstruction.Asaresult,theGCbearstheriskofdelays,costoverruns,andcontractissues.Therefore,theabilityofthegeneralcontractortomanageclaimsiscrucialtothesuccessoftheproject.Objective:TheaimofthisresearchistoexploreandanalyzetheclaimsmanagementpracticesofthegeneralcontractorinEPCmode.Thespecificobjectivesinclude:1.ToidentifythecausesofclaimsinEPCprojects.2.ToanalyzethestrategiesandprocessesusedbytheGCtomanageclaims.3.Toevaluatetheeffectivenessoftheclaimsmanagementpracticesinreducingtheimpactofclaimsontheprojectperformance.Methodology:Thisstudywillbeconductedusingacasestudymethodology.ThecaseoftheShanghaiWorldFinancialCenter(SWFC)willbeanalyzed,asitisoneofthelargestandmostcomplexEPCprojectsinAsia.Thedatawillbecollectedthroughacombinationofdocumentanalysis,interviewswithkeystakeholders,andsitevisits.ExpectedOutput:Theoutcomeofthisresearchwillbeacomprehensivereportthatincludesthefollowing:1.DescriptionofthecausesofclaimsinEPCprojects.2.AnalysisofthestrategiesandprocessesusedbytheGCtomanageclaims.3.Evaluationoftheeffectivenessoftheclaimsmanagementpracticesinreducingtheimpactofclaimsontheprojectperformance.4.RecommendationsforimprovingtheclaimsmanagementpracticesofGCinEPCprojects.Timeline:Theresearchwillbeconductedoveraperiodofsixmonths,startingfromAugust1,20xx,toJanuary31,20xx.Thefollowingisthetentativeschedule:August-September:LiteraturereviewandconceptualframeworkdevelopmentOctober-November:DatacollectionandanalysisDecember:ResultsinterpretationandreportwritingJanuary:FinalreportsubmissionBudget:TheestimatedbudgetforthisstudyisUSDxx,xxx.Thisincludesexpensesrelatedtodatacollection,travel,sta
