中英硕士学位论文英文摘要中人际意义的对比研究的任务书Title:AComparativeStudyofInterpersonalSignificanceinChineseandEnglishMaster'sThesesAbstractsBackgroundandPurpose:Inrecentyears,moreandmoreChinesestudentsarestudyingabroadandcompletingtheirmaster’sthesesinEnglish.IthasbecomeincreasinglyimportanttoexaminehowwellChinesestudentsareabletoconveytheirresearchideasandfindingsinEnglish,particularlyintermsofinterpersonalsignificance.ThisstudyaimstocomparetheuseofinterpersonallanguageinChineseandEnglishmaster’sthesisabstractsandexplorethedifferencesandsimilaritiesbetweenthetwolanguages.ResearchQuestions:1.WhatarethesimilaritiesanddifferencesintheuseofinterpersonallanguageinChineseandEnglishmaster’sthesisabstracts?2.HowdoChineseandEnglishmaster’sthesisabstractsdifferintermsoftheirfocusontheresearchtopicversustheresearchprocess?3.TowhatextentdoestheuseofinterpersonallanguageaffecttheoverallqualityofChineseandEnglishmaster’sthesisabstracts?Methodology:ThisstudywillanalyzeasampleofChineseandEnglishmaster’sthesisabstractsusingacombinationofquantitativeandqualitativecontentanalysis.ThesamplewillbechosenfromaChineseuniversityandawesternuniversity.Theanalysiswillfocusontheuseofinterpersonallanguage,thefocusoftheabstracts,andtheoverallqualityoftheabstracts.ExpectedOutcomes:ThisstudyisexpectedtorevealthesimilaritiesanddifferencesintheuseofinterpersonallanguagebetweenChineseandEnglishmaster’sthesisabstracts,provideinsightsintotheimpactoflanguageonacademicwriting,andoffersuggestionsforChinesestudentstoimprovetheiruseofinterpersonallanguageinEnglishacademicwriting.
