乙肝议题的媒介框架研究——以《中国青年报》和《健康时报》为例的中期报告摘要：本文以《中国青年报》和《健康时报》为例，运用媒介框架理论，对乙肝议题在两份报纸上的媒体报道进行分析。研究发现，《中国青年报》更多地呈现出科学、专业化和教育化的框架，强调人们应该了解乙肝知识及预防措施；而《健康时报》则更多地强调感性化和个人化的框架，关注乙肝患者的情感和困境，并呼吁尊重乙肝患者的权利。此外，两份报纸在乙肝议题上的媒介框架还受到政治、经济、社会和文化等多重因素的影响。关键词：乙肝；媒介框架；《中国青年报》；《健康时报》；媒体报道Abstract:ThispaperanalyzesthemediacoverageofHepatitisBintwoChinesenewspapers,ChinaYouthDailyandHealthTimes,usingthetheoryofmediaframing.TheresearchfoundthatChinaYouthDailypresentsamorescientific,professional,andeducationalframe,emphasizingthatpeopleshouldunderstandtheknowledgeandpreventionmeasuresofHepatitisB;whileHealthTimesfocusesmoreonemotionalandpersonalizedframes,payingattentiontotheemotionsanddifficultiesofHepatitisBpatients,andcallingforrespectfortherightsofHepatitisBpatients.Inaddition,themediaframesofHepatitisBinthetwonewspapersareinfluencedbymultiplefactorssuchaspolitics,economy,society,andculture.Keywords:HepatitisB;mediaframing;ChinaYouthDaily;HealthTimes;mediacoverage.
