30度倾斜位摄片法在肱骨髁上骨折远折端旋转中的应用的开题报告(Title)TheApplicationof30-DegreeTiltedPositionRadiographyintheManagementofDistalHumeralFracturewithRotationalDeformity1.BackgroundandSignificanceDistalhumeralfractureisacommoninjuryinadults,whichmayresultinsignificantpain,lossoffunction,anddisability.Thediagnosisandtreatmentofthisinjuryrequireaccurateradiographicassessment.However,theconventionalorthogonalradiographymayfailtoprovidesufficientinformationontherotationaldeformityofthedistalhumeralfracture,whichisacommoncomplicationandcontributestopoorclinicaloutcomes.The30-degreetiltedpositionradiographyisanoveldiagnostictechniquethatallowsabettervisualizationoftherotationaldeformityofthedistalhumeralfracture,whichhelpssurgeonstoplantheoptimaltreatmentstrategyandachievefavorableoutcomes.2.ResearchObjectivesTheobjectivesofthisstudyare:1.Toevaluatethereliabilityandaccuracyofthe30-degreetiltedpositionradiographyintheassessmentoftherotationaldeformityofthedistalhumeralfracture.2.Toinvestigatetheclinicaloutcomesofthepatientswithdistalhumeralfracturewhoundergosurgicaltreatmentbasedonthe30-degreetiltedpositionradiography.3.Toexplorethepotentialbenefitsandlimitationsofthe30-degreetiltedpositionradiographyinthediagnosisandtreatmentofdistalhumeralfracturewithrotationaldeformity.3.ResearchMethodsThisstudywillbeasingle-centerretrospectivecohortstudy.ThestudypopulationwillconsistofpatientswithdistalhumeralfracturewhoundergoradiographicassessmentandsurgicaltreatmentinourhospitalbetweenJanuary2015andDecember2020.Thepatientswillbedividedintotwogroups:theconventionalradiographygroupandthe30-degreetiltedpositionradiographygroup.Theradiographicassessmentswillincludeconventionalorthogonalradiographyand30-degreetiltedpositionradiography.Theprimaryoutcomemeasureswillincludetheaccuracyoftherotationaldeformityassessment,therateofsurgicalre-intervention,andthefunctionaloutcomesatthefinalfollow-up.Thesecondaryoutcomemeasureswillincludetheradiationexposureandthecost-effectivenessanalysis.4.ExpectedResults
