地下空间的规划与利用分析［摘要］进入21世纪以来，中国已进入城市化加速发展时期。城市化是经济发展和社会进步的重要标志，也是必然结果，是当今世界各国正在发生的和不可逆转的潮流。城市社会经济的快速发展与城市土地资源的有限性形成了矛盾，如何在有限土地资源的基础上不妨碍甚至促进城市的发展是世界各国城市所面临的问题，通过国外发达国家城市的发展经验可以看出，地下空间的利用就是一种有效的解决办法。我国的地下空间利用是从民防工程逐渐演变过来的，和世界其他发达国家相比，我国地下空间的利用管理起步较晚，到目前为止，还存在着很多的问题。我国经济是发达的地区之一，对地下空间的利用已经开始达到高潮，特别是地下交通用地的利用，是地下空间利用的重要部分，如何保证地下空间的有序和可持续的利用是我们目前面临的问题，以地下交通用地为中心，对地下空间利用的原因、类型、现状及管理中存在的问题进行了分析，并通过国内外城市有关地下空间管理方面的经验进行了总结和借鉴，对我国地下空间利用管理中存在的问题提出了相应的对策。[关键词]地下空间、迅速发展、利用、管理PlanningandutilizationofundergroundspaceAbstract：Entersincetwenty-firstCentury,Chinahasenteredaperiodofrapiddevelopmentofcity.Cityisanimportantsymbolofeconomicdevelopmentandsocialprogress,butalsotheinevitableresult,theworldisgoingonandtheirreversibletrend.Limitedcitytherapiddevelopmentofsocialeconomyandcitylandresourcesformthecontradiction,howinthelimitedlandresourcesnotimpedeorpromotethedevelopmentofthecityisthecityalltheproblemsfacingtheworld,thedevelopmentexperienceofforeigndevelopedcountriesofthecitycanbeseen,theuseofundergroundspaceisakindofeffectivesolution.UtilizationofundergroundspaceinChinaisevolvedgraduallyfromthecivildefenseengineering,comparedwithotherdevelopedcountriesintheworld,managementandutilizationofundergroundspaceinChinastartedlate,sofar,therearestillalotofproblems.China'seconomyisoneofthedevelopedarea,theutilizationofundergroundspacehasreachedaclimax,especiallylandutilizationofundergroundtraffic,isanimportantpartofutilizationofundergroundspace,undergroundspacetoensureorderlyandsustainableutilizationistheproblemfacingusnow,withundergroundtrafficlandasthecenter,theundergroundspacethereasons,types,statusandmanagementproblemsareanalyzed,andthroughdomesticandinternationalcityofundergroundspacemanagementexperienceandreference,andputsforwardsomecorrespondingcountermeasurestotheproblemsinthemanagementofundergroundspaceutilizationinchina.Keywords：Undergroundspace,development,utilization,management目录HYPERLINK\l_Toc2726引言PAGEREF_Toc27262HYPERLINK\l_Toc23029第一章地下空
