早中期妊娠EB病毒感染的前瞻性研究Page2Page3Page4Page5EB病毒在人群中普遍易感，但在优生优育方面的研究尚不足。国外已有研究针对妊娠期EB病毒感染的研究，并对引起不良后果的机制进行了初步研究，由于人种不同，基因易感性不同，对此我国尚未进行详尽研究。挪威公共健康研究所Eskild教授等报告，EB病毒在妊娠早期的复活会导致妊娠时间缩短和死产。通过对EB病毒的活动性感染妊娠妇女的随访，同时与既往感染妊娠妇女（IgM阴性）的对比，发现EB病毒感染对不良妊娠的影响，为优生优育提供更多依据和保障，为我国的优生工作作出贡献。准备阶段：自2010年八月开始申报课题，课题组即在EB病毒与优生优育的关系领域进行了大量的文献查阅，搜集资料，进行了预试验，进行了大量的前期准备工作，形成了课题研究的初步思路，科技局进行了查新，进行了课题立项申请。Page10结论：早中期妊娠EB病毒近期感染与异常妊娠结局有关，早期妊娠EB病毒的感染危险性较大。EB病毒DNA检测法并不能代替ELISA抗体检测法对EB病毒感染的监控。AbstractObjectiveOurobjectivewastoevaluatedthepositiverateofEBVseropositivityinearlyandmid-termpregnantwomenandeffectonpregnantwomenandfetus.MethodsELISAwasusedtodetecttheantibodyofEBVandPCRwasusedtodetectthepathogensin520casesofearlyandmid-termpregnantwomen.Allthepregnantwemenweredevidedinto3groupsByELISAoutcomes:noninfectiongroup,primaryinfectiongroupandre-activeinfectiongroup.following-upsurveyofthepregnancyoutcomesofthethreegroupswerecompared.ResultsTheresultsshowedthatthepositiveratesofEBVinfectionwaseighty-nine.Thepositiverateofprimaryinfectionwas3.6%andre-activeinfectionwas10%.IntheELISAmethodwithfluorescencequantitativePCRfordetectionofDNAcomparabletothatfoundinIgMpositiveDNAtestwaspositivein15patients;IgMnegativeDNAtestwaspositivein21cases.Follow-upofpregnancyoutcomefindingsofprimaryinfectiongroupwithabnormalpregnancyoutcomeincidencewassignificantlyhigherthanothergroups(P<0.1),spontaneousabortionintherelativeriskofRRmh3.35.pretermbirth,stillbirth,deformityandnodifferencebetweenthegroups(P>0.5).ConclusionThisstudyrevealedasignificantrelationbetweenSpontaneousabortionandactiveinfectionofEBVintheearlypregnancy.AndsuggeststhatEBVinfectionduringpregnancyshouldbeconsideredasariskindicatorintheanagementofpregnancy.DetectionofEBvirusDNAandisnotasubstitutefortheELISAantibodydetectionmethodforEBvirusinfectionsurveillance.Keywords:Prospectivestudy；Earlyandmid-termpregnancy；EBVinfection；Pregnancyoutcome妇女妊娠期各种不良因素都可能对胚胎和胎儿发育造成影响，尤其是妊娠期的感染性疾病以及用药都可能使胚胎发育异常，使胚胎出现损伤或死亡。已有大量研究针对感染引起的异常妊娠结局，尤其是妊娠合并病毒感染与异
