ABO4型同质多晶体的纳米结构调控与性能探讨的开题报告Title:InvestigatingtheNanoscaleStructuralControlandPropertiesofABO4HomogeneousPolycrystallineMaterialsIntroduction:Homogeneouspolycrystallinematerialsarecommonlyusedinvariousindustrialapplicationsduetotheirhighmechanical,thermalandelectricalproperties.ABO4heterogenousmaterialshavebeenwidelystudied,butthereremainmanyunknownsabouttheirhomogenouscounterparts.Inrecentyears,thefieldofnanotechnologyhasenabledtheopportunitytoinvestigatethestructuresandpropertyrelationshipatthenanoscalelevel.Objective:TheobjectiveofthisprojectistoinvestigatethestructuralcontrolatthenanoscalelevelandpropertiesofABO4homogeneouspolycrystallinematerials.WeaimtoachievethisbysynthesizingABO4materialswithdifferentmorphologiesandbycontrollingtheircrystallizationprocess.WewillanalyzethestructuralandmorphologicalpropertiesofthesynthesizedmaterialsusingvariouscharacterizationtechniquessuchasX-raydiffraction(XRD),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),andtransmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM).Wewillalsoinvestigatethemechanical,thermal,andelectricalpropertiesofthesynthesizedmaterialstoestablishtherelationshipbetweenthestructuralpropertiesandthefunctionalpropertiesofthematerials.Methodology:1.SynthesisofABO4homogeneouspolycrystallinematerials:Wewilluseasolid-statereactionmethodtosynthesizetheABO4materials.Severalmorphologiessuchasnanoparticles,nanowires,andbulkmaterialswillbesynthesizedbycontrollingthereactionconditionssuchastemperatureandtime.2.Characterizationofmorphologiesandstructures:ThesynthesizedmaterialswillbecharacterizedusingXRDtoanalyzethecrystalstructureandSEMandTEMtoinvestigatethemorphologyandgrainsizeofthematerials.3.Investigationofproperties:Themechanical,thermalandelectricalpropertiesofthesynthesizedmaterialswillbeinvestigatedbyvariousmethodssuchasnanoindentation,thermalgravimetricanalysis(TGA),andelectricalconductivitymeasurements.ExpectedOutcomes:1.WeexpecttosynthesizedifferentmorphologiesofABO4homogeneouspolycrystallinematerialsbycontrollingthesynthesisparam
