农用地标准地块的设定与应用——以河北省赤城县为例的中期报告摘要：本文以河北省赤城县为例，研究了农用地标准地块的设定与应用。通过对赤城县农用地利用现状及存在问题的分析，结合国内外相关研究成果，提出了农用地标准地块的适宜范围、划分模式和应用方式。本文认为，赤城县农用地标准地块宜选取0.4～0.6公顷为基准面积，以少数高产高效农田为主要依据，同时兼顾农业生产、土地规划和土地管理要求。应用方面，本文提出了标准地块在作物种植结构调整、耕地质量改良、土地流转等方面的应用和效果，并提出了需要进一步研究和探索的问题和方向。关键词：农用地标准地块；赤城县；设定；应用Abstract：TakingChichengCounty,HebeiProvinceasanexample,thispaperstudiesthesettingandapplicationofstandardplotsoffarmland.BasedontheanalysisofthecurrentsituationandexistingproblemsoffarmlandutilizationinChichengCounty,combinedwithrelevantresearchresultsathomeandabroad,thispaperputsforwardthesuitablerange,divisionmodeandapplicationmodeofstandardplotsoffarmland.ThepaperbelievesthatthestandardplotsoffarmlandinChichengCountyshouldbeselectedwith0.4～0.6hectaresasthebenchmarkarea,mainlybasedonafewhigh-yieldandhigh-efficiencyfarmland,whiletakingintoaccounttherequirementsofagriculturalproduction,landplanningandlandmanagement.Intermsofapplication,thispaperputsforwardtheapplicationandeffectofstandardplotsoffarmlandincropstructureadjustment,cultivatedlandqualityimprovement,landcirculation,etc.,andproposestheproblemsanddirectionsthatneedtobefurtherresearchedandexplored.Keywords:Standardplotsoffarmland;ChichengCounty;Setting;Application
