Dearmyfellow,ItisagreathonorformetobenominatedastheSecretaryofTielingMunicipalCommittee.Thankyouallforyoupresent,I’mpleasuretotakethischancetogivemypersonalexperienceandsomeadvicestothenextyear.OurTielingcity’sdevelopmentcannotlivewithouteconomicdeveloping,socialdevelopingandthesupportfromprovinceleaders.Weshouldtakeeverysinglechancetobuilduptielingcity.First,IwanttopointoutthatDevelopmentFinancingdidboosttielingintoquickdevelopinglastfewyearswhichconclusionhadbeenadmittedbythewholeofficialsindepartments.Asweallknown,tielingwasmorefocusonagricultureinthepastandfamousas“threelow”whichmeansloweconomicaggregate,lowindustrializationlevelandlowurbanizationlevel.Oureconomicaggregatehavebecomesmallandinsignificantinthewholeprovincewhichisnotsuitableforthepolicyinourprovince—toacceleratetherevivaloftheoldindustrialbaseinnortheastChina.Since2004,withthesupportofprovincecapital,wehadmadeseveralpeople’slivelihoodprojectsthatdistinctlyimprovetielingpeople’slife.Presently,wehavetwosparklingpoints.First,thebuildofShenyang-Tielingindustrialcorridor;itcanbesaidthattheriseoftheshen-tieindustrialcorridorhadalreadystraightenthespineoftieling.Withtheattractiontotheforeigninvestment,awell-functionalindustrialbaseembryowashasbeenfoundedinthisland.Astheoldsaying,youputupthenest,thephoenixwillcome.Thesecondshinningpointisthatwehavebeenconcentrateonconstructingnewcentralcityareawhichwasasyouallhaveknownnamed“tielingnewcity”.ThisnewurbanareaacceptedtheradiationfromShenyang.Itisonlyonesinglewaythatwehavenootherchoice.TogetclosertoShenyangandrelayonourfanriversystem,wearegoingtobuildacharmingNorthWatertown.Withwellfunctions,beautifulenvironment,themountainsurroundedbywaterandthevillawithLotusLake,thischarmingNorthWatercityisaboutrisingandbecomethenamecardofnewtielinginthefurtherfuture.Iwouldliketoinviteallofyoupresent,joininghandswithmetomakeourmothercitymuchmoreglorious.Romewasnotbuiltinaday,stepbystep,wecandoitsteadyandfirm.Icanseethebrightfuturetowardyourfaces.AndIbelieve,tomorrowwill
