上海市无证照餐饮监管现状及对策分析——以徐汇区为例中期报告摘要：随着生活水平的提高，人们对餐饮安全、卫生的要求越来越高，而无证照餐饮已成为餐饮行业的一种严峻问题。本文以徐汇区为例，通过调查研究和数据分析，分析了徐汇区无证照餐饮的现状，并提出了应对策略。首先，本文对无证照餐饮的定义和影响进行了阐述。然后，通过实地走访、问卷调查和数据分析等方法，探究了徐汇区无证照餐饮的主要特征和成因。接着，本文分析了徐汇区政府监管部门和行业协会在无证照餐饮监管方面的作用和存在的问题。最后，本文提出了对徐汇区无证照餐饮进行有效监管的策略。其中，建立健全餐饮监管体系，加强宣传教育，加大执法力度，增加行业协会的作用等措施都是必要的。同时，需要政府和社会各界的合力配合，才能有效解决无证照餐饮的问题。关键词：无证照餐饮，餐饮安全，监管现状，应对策略Abstract:Withtheimprovementoflivingstandards,people'sdemandforfoodsafetyandhygieneisgettinghigherandhigher,andunlicensedcateringhasbecomeaseriousprobleminthecateringindustry.TakingXuhuiDistrictasanexample,thisarticleanalyzesthecurrentsituationofunlicensedcateringinXuhuiDistrictthroughinvestigation,dataanalysis,etc.,andproposescountermeasures.Firstly,thisarticleexpoundsthedefinitionandinfluenceofunlicensedcatering.Then,throughfieldvisits,questionnaires,dataanalysisandothermethods,themainfeaturesandcausesofunlicensedcateringinXuhuiDistrictareexplored.Subsequently,thisarticleanalyzestheroleandexistingproblemsofXuhuiDistrictgovernmentregulatorydepartmentsandindustryassociationsinunlicensedcateringregulation.Finally,thisarticleproposeseffectivestrategiesforregulatingunlicensedcateringinXuhuiDistrict.Amongthem,itisnecessarytoestablishasoundcateringregulatorysystem,strengthenpublicityandeducation,increaselawenforcementefforts,increasetheroleofindustryassociations,etc.Atthesametime,thecooperationofthegovernmentandallsectorsofsocietyisneededtoeffectivelysolvetheproblemofunlicensedcatering.Keywords:unlicensedcatering,foodsafety,regulatorysituation,countermeasures
