凝血酶抑制剂阿加曲班对实验性大鼠脑出血灶周组织作用的研究的中期报告摘要：目的：探讨凝血酶抑制剂阿加曲班对实验性大鼠脑出血灶周组织的作用。方法：选用45尾雄性SD大鼠，随机分为对照组、模型组和阿加曲班组，每组各15尾。在大鼠颅内注射血液粉尘制备脑出血模型，阿加曲班组给予药物治疗，对照组和模型组给予等量生理盐水。术后72小时处死大鼠，取出脑组织标本，做HE和TUNEL染色观察。结果：与模型组比较，阿加曲班组大鼠出血区脑组织病变减轻，梗死面积减小，细胞凋亡率明显降低（P<0.05）。结论：阿加曲班可明显减轻实验性大鼠脑出血灶周围组织损伤和细胞凋亡，对脑组织保护作用明显。关键词：脑出血；阿加曲班；组织学；细胞凋亡Abstract:Objective:Toinvestigatetheeffectofthethrombininhibitorargatrobanonthesurroundingtissueoftheexperimentalratbrainhemorrhage.Methods:Forty-fivemaleSDratswererandomlydividedintoacontrolgroup,amodelgroupandanargatrobangroup,with15ineachgroup.Brainhemorrhagemodelwaspreparedbyinjectionofbloodpowderintotheratskull.Theargatrobangroupwasgivendrugtreatment,andthecontrolgroupandmodelgroupweregivenequalamountofsaline.72hoursaftersurgery,theratbraintissuesampleswereobtainedandHEandTUNELstainingwasperformed.Results:Comparedwiththemodelgroup,thebraintissueofratsintheargatrobangrouphadlesserpathologicalchanges,smallerinfarctareaandsignificantlyreducedapoptosisrate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Argatrobancansignificantlyalleviatethedamageandapoptosisinthesurroundingtissueofexperimentalratbrainhemorrhage,andhasasignificantprotectiveeffectonbraintissue.Keywords:Brainhemorrhage;Argatroban;Histology;Apoptosis
