上海市全科医生心理性胰岛素抵抗的调查分析中期报告摘要：本研究旨在调查上海市全科医生心理性胰岛素抵抗的情况，并探讨其影响因素和对策。研究采用问卷调查法，共收集到207份有效问卷。结果显示，上海市全科医生普遍存在心理性胰岛素抵抗现象，其中女性医生比男性医生更普遍。另外，医生职称、从业年限、工作压力等因素也对心理性胰岛素抵抗有一定的影响。最后，本研究提出了改善医生心理健康的对策，包括开展心理健康教育、改善工作环境、制定科学的工作计划等。关键词：上海市；全科医生；心理性胰岛素抵抗；影响因素；对策Abstract:ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethesituationofpsychologicalinsulinresistanceingeneralpractitionersinShanghaiandexploretheinfluencingfactorsandcountermeasures.Thestudyusedaquestionnairesurveymethodandcollected207validquestionnaires.TheresultsshowedthatpsychologicalinsulinresistancewascommonamonggeneralpractitionersinShanghai,withfemaledoctorsbeingmorecommonthanmaledoctors.Inaddition,factorssuchasdoctor'stitle,yearsofwork,andworkpressurealsohaveacertainimpactonpsychologicalinsulinresistance.Finally,thisstudyproposedcountermeasurestoimprovethementalhealthofdoctors,includingconductingpsychologicalhealtheducation,improvingtheworkingenvironment,andformulatingscientificworkplans.Keywords:Shanghai;generalpractitioners;psychologicalinsulinresistance;influencingfactors;countermeasures
