PAGE\*MERGEFORMATII摘要调车工作是铁路运输生产的重要组成部分，是实现列车编组计划﹑列车运行图﹑加速车辆周转、完成运输生产任务的重要环节。而中间站调车作业安全一直是铁路运输安全的薄弱环节，存在着诸多问题。中间站主要办理列车通过、会让、越行业务，在较大的中间站同时办理客运、货运业务，这就使中间站不可避免地产生了调车作业，然而由于受到多种因素的限制，中间站调车作业安全始终是一个难题。近年来,干线车流不断增大,对中间站调车作业的影响亦越来越大,因此必须大力加强中间站调车工作组织和安全控制。而且中间站由于距离具有事故起复救援能力的区段站或编组站较远,一旦发生调车事故后,往往因为救援不及时容易造成事故性质升级,并严重干扰运输秩序,影响企业形象。因此,必须全面分析中间站调车事故产生的根源,全方位进行控制,有效遏制调车事故的发生。本文对中间站调车作业的现状、特点、存在的问题进行了论述,并提出了相应的对策。关键词：调车作业；中间站；问题；对策AbstractRailwayshuntingworkisanimportantpartoftheproduction,transportthestationinahighlytechnicalwork,demandingandcomplexwork.Theintermediatestationshuntingoperationsafetyhasbeentheweaklinkofrailwaytransportationsafety,therearemanyproblems.Theintermediatestationismainlyforthetrainthrough,willmakemorebusiness,inthelargerintermediatestationatthesametimeforpassengerandfreightbusiness,whichmakestheintermediatestationshuntingoperationisinevitable.However,duetoavarietyoffactors,theintermediatestationshuntingoperationsafetyisalwaysadifficultproblem.Inrecentyears,trunktrafficincreases,influenceoftheintermediatestationshuntingoperationisalsomoreandmorebig,sowemuststrengthentheintermediatestationshuntingworkorganizationandsecuritycontrol.Becauseofthedistanceandtheintermediatestationaccidentrescueabilitywithcomplexsectionstationormarshallingstationfaraway,onceashuntingaccident,oftenbecausetherescueisnotseasonableeasytocausetheaccidentofupgrading,andseriouslydisturbedthetransportationorder,theimpactofcorporateimage.Therefore,wemustmakeacomprehensiveanalysisoftheintermediatestationshuntingrootcausedtheaccident,controlofthewholerange,effectivelycurbtheshuntingaccidents.Inthispaper,theintermediatestationshuntingoperationstatus,characteristicsandexistingproblemsarediscussed,andcorrespondingcountermeasuresareputforward.Keywords:Shuntingoperation;Theintermediatestation;Problem;CountermeasuresPAGE\*MERGEFORMATIII目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\uHYPERLINK\l_Toc19416摘要PAGEREF_Toc19416IHYPERLINK\l_Toc27128AbstractPAGEREF_Toc
