2010-2012年南昌市手足口病的现况调查与分析开题报告摘要：本文目的是探究2010-2012年南昌市手足口病的现况，对南昌市手足口病的流行情况、病毒类型、临床特征、防控措施等方面进行调查分析，并提出相应的对策建议。本文采用病例回溯性调查和病原学检测等方法，共收集了2010-2012年间南昌市手足口病病例数据1423例，分析结果表明南昌市手足口病高发月份为5月-9月，主要感染年龄为1-3岁儿童，其中男孩感染者多于女孩。病例中主要以轻型为主，发热和皮疹是最常见的症状。实验室检测结果发现南昌市手足口病主要为肠道病毒71型（EV71）和柯萨奇病毒A16型（CA16），其中EV71型占85.3%。针对以上分析结果，本文提出了完善儿童手卫生教育、建立口腔卫生宣传制度、健全卫生监测机制等防控措施，以期减少南昌市手足口病的发病率和死亡率。关键词：南昌市；手足口病；病毒类型；防控措施Abstract:Theaimofthispaperistoexplorethecurrentsituationofhand-foot-mouthdiseaseinNanchangcityfrom2010to2012,investigateandanalyzetheepidemicsituation,virustypes,clinicalcharacteristics,preventionandcontrolmeasuresofhand-foot-mouthdiseaseinNanchangcity,andputforwardcorrespondingcountermeasuresandsuggestions.Inthispaper,caseretrospectiveinvestigationandpathogendetectionwereusedtocollect1423casesofhand-foot-mouthdiseaseinNanchangcityfrom2010to2012.Theanalysisresultsshowedthatthehighincidencemonthsofhand-foot-mouthdiseaseinNanchangcitywerefromMaytoSeptember,andthemainagegroupwaschildrenaged1-3years,withmoremalecasesthanfemalecases.Thecasesweremainlymild,andfeverandrashwerethemostcommonsymptoms.Laboratorytestingresultsshowedthathand-foot-mouthdiseaseinNanchangcitywasmainlycausedbyenterovirus71(EV71)andCoxsackievirusA16(CA16),ofwhichEV71accountedfor85.3%.Basedontheaboveanalysisresults,thispaperputsforwardpreventionandcontrolmeasuressuchasimprovingchildren'shandhygieneeducation,establishingoralhygienepromotionsystem,improvingthehealthmonitoringmechanism,etc.,inordertoreducetheincidenceandmortalityofhand-foot-mouthdiseaseinNanchangcity.Keywords:Nanchangcity;hand-foot-mouthdisease;virustype;preventionandcontrolmeasures
