沈阳建筑大学毕业设计说明书毕业设计题目:纤维粉碎装置的设计系别专业班级:学生姓名:性别:指导教师:职称:2012年6月15日PAGEII摘要纤维板粉碎装置是一种生产筑路用沥青纤维丝的专用设备,混凝土路面中加入纤维丝有助于沥青混凝土塑性收缩或(膨胀)和冻融时的张力,显著增大路面的韧性,抑制其裂纹与起鼓的产生和发展,使其抗裂能力全面提高,并增加沥青混凝土的整体强度,延长使用寿命,减少养护维修费用。为生产此纤维丝目前很多筑路工程都为人工破碎大面积宽纤维板,因此就需要一种粉碎装置将其加工成适于添加的丝状。这就为本论文装置的设计生产和推广应用奠定了基础。本论文的主要内容如下:设计粉碎纤维板的原理方案及基本结构。设计外部机体。经计算和实验设计纤维板粉碎装置中传动,支撑,定位等主要部件。运用CAXA软件绘制装配图和零件图。检查所设计零件的准确性和装配合理性,针对问题提出合理改进方案。关键词:破碎;纤维板料;切削AbstractThecrushingequipmentofthefiberboardisakindofspecialequipmentinproductionroadswhichusestheasphaltfiber.AddingthefiberintotheconcretepavementcanhelptheplasticshrinkageorexpansionoftheAsphaltConcreteandthetensionwhenitisfreeze-thawing,itcanincreasestreet’stoughnesssignificantly,andinhibittheemergenceanddevelopmentofcrackandplaydrum,makethecrackingcapacitygettingafullprogress,inthesametimeincreasetheintensityoftheasphaltconcrete,extendtheusinglife,increasemaintenancecosts.Inordertoproducefiber,nowmanyroadconstructionsareartificial-breakingthemassivefiber-board,soitisneedakindofcrushingequipmenttoprocesssuitablefiber.Thisisthebaseofthepapers.Themaincontentsareasfollows:1.Designthebasictenetandstructureofthefiberboard.2.Designtheexternalbody.3.Inthebaseofcalculationandexperiment,designthemaincomponentsinfiberboardcrushingequipment.4.UsingCAXAsoftwaredrawstheassemblechart5.CheckDesignedcomponents’accuracyandassemblingreasonable,addresstheproblemandthengivetheproperimprovementprogram.Keywords:crushing;fiberboard;tearingcutting目录摘要···············································································································ⅠAbstract········································································································Ⅱ绪论····································································································11.1本课题的由来与意义·····················································································11.2本课题的目的与任务·········································
