湖北民族学院学士学位论文HUBEIUNIVERSITYFORNATIONALITIES学士学位论文A城市100000m3/d污水处理厂的初步设计院系化学与环境工程学院专业环境科学姓名吴灵进学号0406314指导老师史永红日期2010年5月PAGEIV摘要本设计是A城市污水处理厂的工艺流程和施工图的初步设计。该污水处理厂总设计处理能力100000m3/d。由于进水水质较为复杂，进水中的BOD：N：P=67：11：1，污水经二级生物处理后，氮、磷将难以达到规定排放标准，必须同时进行脱氮除磷处理。根据设计要求和求新的思想，为满足在去除BOD、COD和SS的同时还必需脱氮除磷，故决定选用当代水处理工艺中较流行的A/A/O工艺方案。工艺流程为：“中格栅——进水泵房——细格栅——涡流沉砂池——A/A/O生物池——二次沉淀池——接触消毒池”。该工艺综合了以往工艺的优点，同时该工艺具有高效，节能的特点，且耐冲击负荷高，可获得优质出水，是一种深度二级处理工艺，因此具有广泛的适用性。根据国内众多城市污水处理厂运行结果显示，A/A/O工艺处理出水一般可达到《中华人民共和国国家标准——污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)中的一级排放标准，能够确保城市周边农业用水和河流水体的要求。关键词：A/A/O工艺，城市生活污水，二次沉淀池，污泥处理，出水水质ABSTRACTThisdesignisapreliminarydesignofaprocessofAurbansewagetreatmentplantanditsconstructiondrawings.Thetotaldesignprocessingcapacityofsewageis100000m3/d.BecauseofthecomplexwaterinwhichitsBOD:N:P=67:11:1,Sewagewater,aftersecondbiologicaltreatment,itsnitrogenandphosphorusisdifficulttoachievetheprescribeddischargestandards,sothenitrogenandphosphorusmustbeprocessedsimultaneously.Accordingtodesignrequirementsandthenoveltyofideas,tomeetintheremovalofBOD,CODandSS,nitrogenandphosphorusremovalisalsonecessary,itwasdecidedtousemodernwatertreatmentprocessesofthemorepopularA/A/Oprocessplan.Thetechnologicalprocessis:"Medium-sizedgrid——Thewaterpump——Finegrid——Firstsanksandleaking——A/A/Obiologicalpool——Radiantflowsecondarysedimentationpool——Disinfectantpoolofcontactform".Thisprocesscomprehenditspreviousprocesses,andthisprocessisefficient,energy-saving,andimpact-resistantanditsloadishigh,whichcangetgoodqualitywater,itisakindofdeepwatertreatmentprocessing,thusA/A/Oprocesshasextensiveapplicability.Accordingtomanydomesticsewagetreatmentplantoperationresults,A/A/Oprocessofdealingwiththewatercanusuallyreach"ThePeople'sRepublicofChinanationalstandard-IntegratedWastewaterDischargeStandard"(GB8978-1996)inthelevelofemissionsstandardsandensurethatthecitysurroundingagriculturalwaterandriverwaterrequirements.Keywords:A/A/Oprocess;Municipallivingsewage;Secondarysedimentationpool;Sludgetre
