印刷包装论文蜂窝纸板的缓冲性能分析及结构设计专业:包装工程内容摘要:蜂窝纸板是一种新型的包装材料,有着良好的应用前景。本文根据蜂窝纸板的基本结构特征和隔振缓冲的原理,将蜂窝纸板与其他常用的隔振缓冲材料进行了比较,得到了蜂窝纸板的隔振缓冲特点。通过压缩实验,获得了蜂窝纸板的应力与应变之间关系的曲线,实验结果表明蜂窝纸板在压缩过程中,会出现明显的弹性变形、弹塑性变形、塑性坍塌和密实化四个阶段。蜂窝纸板在弹性变形阶段具有隔振功能,在弹塑性变形和塑性坍塌阶段具有缓冲功能。通过改变蜂窝纸板实验的压缩速度,测量了不同变形速率下的应力与应变之间关系的曲线,分析了压缩变形速率对蜂窝纸板缓冲性能的影响。基于实验数据建立了蜂窝纸板的本构关系的动态模型,进行了蜂窝纸板的动态模型的参数识别。参数表明动态模型同实验数据的吻合程度良好,使实验测量的数据具有普遍意义;同时,根据蜂窝纸板的性能特点和实验结果,提出了蜂窝纸板包装结构的最优设计方法,这对隔振缓冲包装设计具有参考价值。关键词:蜂窝纸板;缓冲性能;应力—应变曲线;力学模型CushioningPropertyAnalysisandStructureDesignofHoneycombPaperboardAbstract:Honeycombpaperboardisanewkindofpackagingmaterialwhichisoffavorableapplianceforeground.Thepapercomparesthehoneycombpaperboardwithothercushioningmaterialsoftenusedinthecushioningpackagingdesignaccordingtothebasicstructuralcharactersandvibrationisolationprincipleofhoneycombpaperboard,gettingthevibrationisolationandcushioningcharactersofhoneycombpaperboard.Bycompressiontests,thecurvesofrelationsbetweenstressandstrainareobtained.Theresultsoftestsshowthattherearefourphasesobviouslywhencompressed:elastic,elastic-plastic,plastic-landslideandsoliddeformations.Honeycombpaperboardhastheperformanceofvibrationisolationinthephaseofelasticandtheperformanceofcushioninginthephasesofelastic-plasticandplastic-landslide.Besides,bychangingthecompressionratesinthetests,thispapermeasuresthecurvesofrelationsbetweenstressandstrainunderdifferenttransmutationrates,analyzestheeffectofcompressiontransmutationratesonthecushioningpropertyofhoneycombpaperboard.Basedondatafromtests,thepaperestablishesconstitutiverelationshipdynamicmodelofhoneycombpaperboard,identifiestheparametersofthismodel.Theparametersshowthatthemodelfitstheexperimentdatawell.Itmakesthedatamoreuniversalsignificance.Moreover,withthepropertycharacterofhoneycombpaperboardandtheresultsoftests,thispapergivesthebestdesignmethodtopackagestructureofhoneycombpaperboard,whichhasthevalueforthevibrationisolationandcushioningpackagingdesignofhoneycombpaperboard.KeyWords:Honey
