杨芳文：项目控制软件的设计与实现安徽工程大学毕业设计（论文）PAGE\*MERGEFORMAT-54-PAGE\*MERGEFORMAT-53-项目控制软件的设计与实现摘要项目控制就是从项目的目标出发，依据项目计划对项目的进度、质量、沟通等方面进行控制。由于工作内容的不确定性和实施过程中多种因素的干扰，使得项目进展必然会出现偏离，所有项目控制对项目进度、质量的影响就变得尤为重要。该项目控制软件是应用于软件项目开发过程中的控制，在角色设计上分为部门经理、项目经理、小组长和普通项目成员四个角色。主要模块包括项目管理模块、任务列表管理模块、人员管理模块、消息管理模块和系统管理模块。项目管理模块包括申请项目、审核项目、修改项目、添加项目、邀请成员等子模块；任务列表管理模块包括添加任务列表、修改任务列表、分配任务等子模块；人员管理模块包括添加用户、修改用户、删除用户、邀请用户等子模块；消息管理模块包括发表消息、修改消息、发表消息评论等子模块；系统管理模块包括注销登录和发送邮件两个子模块。设计的目标是搭建一个在线项目控制平台，方便用户对项目的规划、管理、任务分配和整体的把握，用户可以通过平台进行沟通和分享项目信息的以确保项目按照计划如期完成。关键词：项目控制；协作；JSP；进度控制DesignandImplementationofProjectControlAbstractProjectcontrolisfromthegoalwhichcontrolsprojectprogress,quality,andcommunication.Makestheprogressoftheprojectisboundtodeviatefromavarietyoffactorsinterferewiththeuncertaintyofthejobcontent,Soprojectcontrolbecomesparticularlyimportant.Theprojectcontrolsoftwareisusedinthesoftwaredevelopmentprocesscontrol,thecharacterdesignisdividedintofourrolesofdepartmentmanagers,projectmanagers,teamleadersandmembersoftheproject.Themainmodulesincludeprojectmanagementmodule,tasklistmanagementmodule,membermanagementmodule,themessagemanagementmodule,andsystemmanagementmodule.Thesub-modulesoftheprojectmanagementmodulearetheapplicationfortheproject,auditprojects,andmodifyitems,additems,invitemembersandsoon;Thesub-modulesofthetasklistmanagementmoduleareaddatasklist,modifythelistoftasks,assigntasksandsoon;Thesub-modulesofthemembermanagementmoduleareaddusers,modifyusers,deleteusers,invitingusersandsoon;Thesub-modulesofthemessagemanagementmodulearemodifythemessage,publishedmessages,reviewsandsoon;Thesystemmanagementmodule,includingthecancellationofthelogonandsendane-mailtwosub-modules.Thedesigngoalistobuildanonlineprojectcontrolplatform,user-friendlyplanning,projectmanagement,taskallocationandoverallgraspofthecommunicationbetweenusersandthesharingofprojectinformationtoensurethattheprojectbecompletedonscheduleaccordingtotheprojectplan.Keywords:ProjectControl;JSP;Communication;ProgressC
