PAGE-52-污水厂上位监控管理系统的设计摘要随着我国经济的高速发展，环境保护已经是一个突出的需要重视的问题。污水处理在环境保护中又是一个最重要的环节。同时随着计算机技术和我国污水处理过程的迅速发展，对污水处理过程自动化程度要求不断提高，利用先进的控制技术和设备对污水处理过程进行监控是非常必要的。同时，由于污水过程的高度非线性、进水流量等参数随机变化很大以及生物传感器的缺乏，使一些重要变量（例如生物需氧量和化学需氧量）还没有成熟的经济的在线测量设备，这样对污水处理的过程控制进行研究就有着重要的意义。本文介绍了我国污水处理厂自动化控制系统的研究现状与发展趋势，及污水处理工艺流程，结合国情和污水处理厂实际，设计出污水处理自动化控制系统的总体结构。控制系统的设计分为两个部分：PLC程序的开发：确定了各个分系统控制要求，首先对各个分系统进行编程，再进行整体程序的调试。上位机监控软件组态王的开发：按照污水处理流程开发了污水处理设备的监控画面，建立了设备操作、设备状态与水质参数的数据库及水质参数的实时曲线，实现了全厂生产报表的自动生成与打印功能。对每一个界面都有图形设计画面和运行画面，完全利用了组态王的强大组态功能，更加方便了对污水处理厂的监控。关键词：污水处理；组态王；S7-300；ProfibusTheDesignofComputerMonitoringandManagerSystemintheWastewaterTreatmentFactoryAbstractWiththehighspeeddevelopmentofourcountryeconomy,theenvironmentalprotectionisalreadyanoutstandingproblemwhichneedsmoreattention.Wastewatertreatmentisthemostimportantlinkintheenvironmentalprotection.Withthequickdevelopmentofthecomputertechniqueandthewastewatertreatmentinourcountry,thedemandupontheautomationofwastewatertreatmentisrisingallthewhile.Makinguseoftheadvancedcontroltechniqueandequipmentstosuperviseandcontrolwastewatertreatmentisverynecessary.Inthemeantime,becauseofthestrongnonlinearofwastewatertreatment,themanyvarietiesofrandomparametersasinputfluxandthelackofbiologicsensor,thereisn’tmatureandcheaponlinemeasurement.Itisfullofsignificancetotheresearchofthesewagetreatment.ThisessayintroducesthecurrentstudyingsituationofthesewagetreatmentautomatesinChina,thedevelopingtrend,andthemainprocessflowofsewagetreatment.Accordingtothenationalconditionsandsewagetreatmentfactoryreality,theessayputforwardthedesigningofthemainstructureofthesewageautomatictreatmentsystem.Thecontrolsystemhastwoparts:PLCprogram：Idefinedthecontrolrequestofeachsub—systemfirstly，thenIfinishedthedesignoftheprogram，anddebugtheprogramofthewholesystematlast．ThedevelopmentofcomputermonitoringsoftwareKingview：Idevelopedthesupervisioninterfaceofwastewatertreatment，andestablishedthedatabaseofequipmentoperation，thestateofequipmentrunningtimeanddisplayedthere
