毕业设计(论文)中文摘要改性壳聚糖对染料废水的脱色研究摘要:染料大致可分为水溶性和非水溶性两大类。水溶性染料一般是难降解的有机化合物,化学结构复杂,因此,水溶性染料的脱色成为需要解决的一个问题。壳聚糖是甲壳素的脱乙酰基产物,对金属离子、染料分子、有机物具有良好的吸附、絮凝作用。以壳聚糖为原料,与卤代烷反应进行烷基化改性,用改性后的壳聚糖对以酸性铬蓝K、曙红Y和亚甲基蓝模拟的染料废水进行处理,研究pH、投加量、时间和温度对脱色效果的影响。根据实验结果得出酸性较强的情况下,添加的吸附剂的量有所减少,并且酸性越强,减少量越多;在一定范围内,脱色率随温度的升高而增大;随着吸附剂添加量的增加,脱色率有所提高;对三种不同染料的脱色效果为:酸性铬蓝K>曙红Y>亚甲基蓝;吸附过程能够较好地遵循二级动力学模型和Freundlich等温方程。关键词:改性壳聚糖染料废水吸附毕业设计(论文)外文摘要StudyonDecoloringofDyeingWastrewaterbyModifiedChitosanAbstract:Thedyemayapproximatelydivideintotwomajorkindsbasically,thewater-solubleandthenon-water-soluble.Thewater-solubledyeisgenerallytheorganiccompoundwhichdifficulttodegrade,andthechemicalconstitutioniscomplex.Therefore,thewater-solubledyedecolorizationbecomesaquestionwhichneedstosolve.Chitosanisthedeacetylatedformofchitin,andisnicertoadsorpandflocculatethemetallicion,thedyemolecule,andtheorganicmatter.TaketheChitosanastherawmaterial,modifywiththealkylogen,thentakethemodifiedChitosantodealwithsimulationdyewastewaterincludingAcidchromeblueK,EosinYandMethyleneblue.StudytheinfluenceondecolorizationeffectundertheconditionsofdifferentpH,dosage,timeandtemperature.Accordingtotheresultofexperiment,inanstrongeracidicsituation,thequantityofthesorbentisreduced;andtheaciditystronger,thedecrementaremore;inacertainscope,thedecolorizationrateelevatesalongwiththetemperatureincreases;alongwiththesorbentrecruitmentincrease,thedecolorizationratehastheenhancement;threekindofdifferentdyesdecolorizationeffectsare:AcidchromeblueK>EosinY>Methyleneblue;theadsorptionprocesscanpreferablyfollowthesecond-orderadsorptionandtheFreundlichequation.Keywords:modification;chitosan;dyeingwasterwater;adsorption目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc168901497"1绪论PAGEREF_Toc168901497\h1HYPERLINK\l"_Toc168901498"1.1壳聚糖简介PAGEREF_Toc168901498\h1HYPERLINK\l"_Toc168901499"1.1.1壳聚糖的物理化学性质PAGEREF_Toc168901499\h1HYPERLINK\l"_Toc168901500"1.1.2壳聚糖的改性PAGEREF_Toc168901500\h2HYPERLINK\l"_Toc168901501"1
