污水处理厂初步设计方案摘要本设计是天津市某开发区污水处理厂的初步设计和施工图设计。该处理厂处理城市污水。水质较复杂:悬浮物(SS):200mg/L;五日生化需氧量(BOD5):200mg/L;化学需氧量(CODcr):400mg/L;总氮(N):40mg/L;总磷(P):4.0mg/L;重金属及有毒物质:微量;处理后的水质要求:BOD5≤20mg/L;SS≤20mg/L;N≤15mg/L;P≤1mg/L;根据设计要求和求新的思想,该污水处理工程进水中氮、磷含量均偏高,在去除BOD5和SS的同时,还需要进行脱氮除磷处理,故采用当代水处理工艺中较流行的三沟式氧化沟工艺。该工艺综合了以往工艺的优点,具有广泛的适应性,完全适合本设计的实际要求。本工艺的主要构筑物包括闸门井、格栅、污水泵房、曝气沉砂池、氧化沟、接触池、浓缩池、污泥脱水机房等。本设计采用了脱氮除磷工艺和性能优良的设备,且工艺流程简单,省去了初沉池、二沉池、消化系统和回流设备,节省了基建投资和运行费用,同时曝气设备和构造形式多样,运行灵活,管理方便,保证出水达到污水排放标准,做到了水资源的合理利用。关键词:三沟式氧化沟格栅浓缩池泵房新工艺AbstractItisapreliminarydesignandconstructiondrawingforthesewagetreatmentplantdevelopmentzoneofTianjin.Thisplanttreatmunicipalsewage,mainly.Itswaterqualityismorecomplicated:Suspendedsubstance(SS):200mg/L;Thebiochemicaloxygendemand(BOD5)offivedays:200mg/L;Thechemicaloxygendemand(CODcr):400mg/L;Totalnitrogen(N):40mg/L;Totalphosphorus(P):4.0mg/L;Heavymetalandnoxioussubstance:Trace;Treatedwaterqualityisrequired:BOD5≤20mg/L;SS≤20mg/L;N≤20mg/L;P≤1mg/L;Accordingtothedesigningrequirementandthoughtoflookingfornovelty:thecontentofnitrogenandphosphorusareonthehighsideinthisprojectwaterquality,soitshoudbedealedwith,whilegetridofBOD5andSS.Weadoptanduseakindofcraft,whichisacomparativelyextensivedenitrificationcraftsatpresent,namely,3ditchtypeoxidizingcraft.Theadvantageofthiscomprehensivecraftisextensiveadaptability,totallysuitableforrealityoriginallydesigned'spurpose.Itsmainstructuresincludgatewell,grid,sewagepumpinghouse,earateandsinkingsandpool,oxidizingditch,contactingpool,concentrationtank,mudtodehydrateinthecomputerlabetc.Thisdesignhaveadoptedthedenitrificationcraftandequipmentofgoodperformance,andtheprocedureissimple,managementisconvenient,donotneedtoaddthefirstsinkingpool,thesecondsinkingpool,digestivesystem.reducingbuildingandoperatingexpenses,realizingautomationtotallyatthesametime,easytomanage,makingthetreatedwaterreachsewagedischargestandard,accomplishtherationalutilizationofwaterresource.Keywords:Typesofthreeditchoxidizingditch,Gri
