氢燃料电池轿车的后悬架设计摘要随着社会的发展进步,汽车已经成为了很多家庭的必备品,氢燃料电池汽车也逐渐走入大众视野,汽车在全世界开始变得普及,人们对于汽车舒适性的需求也越来越高。汽车悬架影响着舒适性等行驶性能,一般来讲,汽车悬架由减振器、弹性元件和导向元件组成,起着连接车轮与车身的作用,并能传递各种行驶路况下汽车与地面间的力和力矩,使汽车拥有良好的舒适性与行驶稳定性。我设计的目标是完成氢燃料电池轿车的后悬架设计;且本次设计选择了丰田Mirai2014款作为初步的车型选择,在充分分析了各种悬架的结构特点和优缺点,又对比了目前氢燃料电池轿车常用的后悬架类型后,选择了扭力梁式悬架作为本次的悬架结构。本次设计需要完成后悬架的选型、性能参数的选取、对各元件的设计计算以及校核,并通过计算机软件对后悬架进行建模,之后用ADAMS对已经设计得后悬架系统进行分析,使其拥有良好的性能。关键i司:后悬架;扭力梁式悬架;弹性元件;减振器;导向元件IIAbstractWiththedevelopmentofeconomyandtechnology,carshaveenteredthousandsofhouseholds,andhydrogenfuelcellvehicleshavegraduallyenteredthepublicvision.Whenthecariswidelyusedintheworld,peoplehavehigherandhigherrequirementsforcarcomfort.Automobilesuspensionaffectsthedrivingperformancesuchascomfort.Generallyspeaking,automobilesuspensioniscomposedofshockabsorber,elasticelementandguidingelement,whichplaystheroleofconnectingwheelandbody.Andthesuspensionsystemcantransmittheforceandmomentbetweenthevehicleandthegroundunderkindsofdrivingconditions,sothattheautomobilehasgoodcomfortanddrivingstability.Thegoalofthisdesignistodesigntherearsuspensionofhydrogenfuelcellcar.Inthisdesign,ToyotaMirai2014isselectedasthepreliminarymodelselection.Afterfullyanalyzingthestructuralcharacteristics,advantagesanddisadvantagesofvarioussuspensions,andcomparingthecommonlyusedrearsuspensiontypesofhydrogenfuelcellcars,torsionbeamsuspensionisselectedasthesuspensionstructure.Thisdesignneedstocompletetheselectionofrearsuspension,theselectionofperformanceparameters,thedesigncalculationandverificationofeachcomponent,andmodeltherearsuspensionthroughcomputersoftware,thenuseAdamstoanalyzethedesignedrearsuspensionsystem,sothatithasgoodperformance.Keywords:rearsuspension;torsionbeamsuspension;elasticelement;shockabsorber;guideelementhi目录第1章绪论..................................................................................................................................................11.1悬架设计的背景和意义.....................................................
