國小教師英語學習策略教學之研究指導教授：林進材教授學生：彭慕雨中文摘要本研究旨在探討國小英語教師在英語學習策略教學之運用現況，並依據研究結果，提出結論與建議，以供教育相關行政機關、國小教師英語教學之參考。本研究採文獻分析、問卷調查法及訪談法。首先，蒐集相關文獻，探討英語學習策略教學之理論基礎與內涵；其次以問卷調查法，以分層隨機抽樣方式，對台南縣市、高雄縣市、屏東縣等南部五縣市進行調查，樣本人數共計311人。本研究調查所得的資料，以描述統計、t分數、單因子變異數分析統計程序處理後，接著以訪談法分析七位國小教師英語教學之運用情形及意見，以了解目前英語學習策略現況並補以問卷調查之不足，主要結論如下：一、國小教師在英語學習策略教學運用上屬於中上程度，採取融入式的策略教學二、不同背景變項國小教師在英語學習策略教學的運用情形上（一）女性教師在補償策略教學上優於男性教師。（二）國小英語任教教師大部分學歷背景皆有受過教育專業訓練，在英語學習策略教學上能維持一定之教學水平。（三）英語相關科系與非相關科系畢業之國小教師在學習策略教學上並無顯著差異。（四）有參與英語教學相關訓練課程之國小教師在英語學習策略教學上運用程度優於未參與者。（五）教學年資較資深之國小教師在英語學習策略教學上運用程度優於新手教師。（六）英語專任教師分別在英語學習策略教學上運用程度優於其他職別教師。關鍵字：國小教師、英語學習策略教學英文摘要Themainpurposeofthisstudyistoinvestigatetheconditionoftheelementaryschoolteachers’Englishlearningstrategiesteaching.Basedontheresultsoftheresearch,theauthortriestopresenttheconclusionsandsuggestionstotheeducationalauthorities,elementaryschoolteachersasareferencetoimproveteaching.Thestudyadoptedthemethodsofliteraturereview,questionnairesurveyandinterview.First,therelateddocumentswerecollectedtoresearchonthetheoryandcontentsofEnglishlearningstrategies.Second,thequestionnairesurveymethodwasemployed.Bymeansoftheclustersampling,311teachersarechosenfromtheelementaryschoolinsouthernTaiwan(includingTainanCityandCountry,KaohsiungCityandCounty,PingtungCounty).Theresultsoftheinvestigationwereanalyzedanddiscussedbysomestatisticalmethods,suchas:mean,standarddeviation,t-test,andone-wayANOVA.Then,theinterviewmethodwasappliedtoanalyzetheopinionsandideasof7elementaryschoolteachersinEnglishlearningstrategiesteachingascompensationfortheshortageofthequestionnairesurvey.Theresearchfindingswerestatedasbelow:1.Intheaspectoftheperformance,theelementaryteachers’Englishlearningstrategiesteachingisabovetheaverageandtheteachingformisembedded.2.Intheaspectofdifferentbackgroundvariablesontheperformanceofelementaryteachers’Englishlearningstrategiesteaching:(1)Astothecompensationstrategies,femaleteachersaresuperiortomales.(2)MostoftheEnglishteachersaretrainedinprofessionaleducationknow
