浅析中国邮政快递的发展现状与对策研究【完整版】(文档可以直接使用，也可根据实际需要修订后使用,可编辑放心下载）单位学号华东交通大学理工学院本科学年论文〔物流管理专业〕浅析中国邮政快递的开展现状与对策研究姓名专业10物流管理指导教师华东交通大学理工学院二0一二年六月浅析中国邮政快递的开展现状与对策研究摘要：随着中国经济的快速开展，中国快递业开展迅猛。中国邮政〔EMS〕作为国有企业有着自身经营的独特优势和资源，如遍布城乡的网络覆盖范围和庞大的投递队伍；实力雄厚的大企业形象；便利的绿卡金融网等。但是也存在着体制不顺、政企不分，市场观念淡薄，效劳意识和品牌意识缺乏，效劳价格较高并且缺少灵活性等方面的缺乏之处。随着中国邮政市场的对外开放，跨国物流企业纷纷登录中国，凭借其雄厚的物质根底，先进的管理经验和技术，抢占了我国国际快递市场和局部国内快递市场，而且还在迅速扩张。同时，民营快递如雨后春笋般突起，其较低的定价和便捷的效劳使其行业规模和市场份额日渐增大，成功抢占了局部国内同城快递市场。这些都给EMS的开展带来了挑战。在和国外外资快递巨头、民营快递公司的抗衡中，我国邮政快递EMS应当如何克服缺乏，发挥比较优势继续经营？为此，文章在分析中外快递的开展以及EMS现状的情况下，为EMS的开展提出了建议与对策，以便快递业更好的开展。关键词：邮政EMS；竞争；问题；对策China'spostalexpress(EMS)thecurrentsituationofthedevelopmentandcountermeasuresAbstract:WithChina'srapideconomicdevelopment,China'sexpressindustryisdevelopingrapidly.ChinaPost(EMS)businessasastate-ownedenterpriseshavetheirownuniquestrengthsandresources,suchasnetworkcoverageacrossurbanandruralareasandalargedeliveryteam;thestrengthoflargecorporateimage;conveniencegreencardandotherfinancialnetworks.Buttherearealsosystemthatisnot,witchhunt,marketasenseofserviceandlackofbrandawareness,higherpricesandthelackofflexibilityinserviceareassuchasinadequate.WithChinaopeningupthepostalmarket,multinationallogisticsenterpriseshaveloggedinChina,withitsstrongmaterialbase,advancedmanagementexperienceandtechnology,toseizetheinternationalexpressdeliverymarketinChinaandpartofthedomesticexpressdeliverymarket,butalsoinrapidexpansion.Meanwhile,theprivatecouriermushroomedprocesses,itslowerpricingandconvenientservicestoindustry,anincreasingscaleandmarketshare,successfullyseizethecityofsomedomesticexpressdeliverymarket.EMSgavethedevelopmentofthesechallenges.Foreigncapitalandforeigngiantsintheexpressdelivery,privatecouriercompaniestocompeteinChinaEMSexpressmailshouldbehowtoovercomethelackofcomparativeadvantagecontinuetooperate?Tothisend,theanalysisofthedevelopmentofforeignandEMSexpressdeliverystatusofthecase,forthedevelopmentofEMSrecommendationsandcountermeasuresinordertobetterexpress
