分类号:密级:中国地质大学非全日制硕士专业学位论文公共部门信息增值利用的模式公共部门信息增值利用构建硕士生:曹东锋专业学位类型:工程硕士(计算机技术)指导教师:陈源教授张国际高级工程师所在学院:计算机学院二○一三年十一月学校代码:10491研究生学号:520110295近年来,随着网络技术的飞速发展,网络通过利用先进的信息技术,实现办公自动化解决方案,被称为网络办公自动化解决方案。随着互联网技术的不断发展,目前已由传统的局域网互连支持移动办公发展为在管理领域应用更为广泛的远程办公。关键词:工作流;B/S结构;办公自动化;协同SmallAdministrativeUnitOfficeAutomationEnvironmentBuildingMasterCandidate:CaodongfengSupervisor:Prof.ChenyuanSeniorEngineer.ZhangguojiABSTRACTInrecentyears,thenetworkofficeautomation(OA)solutions,whichisbasedonadvancednetworkinformationtechnology,havereceivedincreasingattentionwiththerapiddevelopmentofthenetworktechnology.Asthedevelopmentofinternettechnology,thecurrentofficeautomationhasincreasedconnectivityfromthetraditionalLANtosupportmobileoffice,remoteofficemanagementandsoon.Forbothenterprisesandgovernmentagencies,therearemanydocumentsneedtobeprocessedandlotofwordneedtobescheduled,however,policymakershavetomakeimportantdecisionsonthebasisofgroupsofinformation.Withthewidelyuseofinternet,automationofficemakesitpossiblefordifferentdepartmentsindifferentlocationstobeconnected.ThroughtheanalysisandresearchoftheOAmanagementinformationsystemplatform,weinducesolutionsforOAinthisthesis,whichincludenetworksecurity(includingmaintenanceanduseofnetworkhardwareandmanagement,etc.),serversecurity,usersecurityandapplicationsecurity,databasesecurityandsoon.Nowadays,officeautomationbasedoninternethasbecomeaninevitabletrendingovernmentandbusinessmanagement,whichcanimproveworkefficiencydramatically.Therefore,tobuildasmalladministrativeunitinteriornetworkandcarryouttheofficeautomationisbecomeamainjobformanydepartmentsandtheleader.Concerningonthesystem'sexpandability,reliability,opennessandsecurity,wemakesacomprehensiveanalysisofthecurrentapplicationstatusofOAsystemandkeytechnologiesofofficialdocumentflowsystem.Fromtheperspectiveofconvenient,practicalandreasonable,wedevelopanOAsystembasedonthedemandofHongshandistrictgovernmentprojectsandprovideasetofgovernmentserviceplatformtosol
