第三方物流企业战略联盟策略及其稳定性研究摘要随着全球化竞争的加剧，第三方物流(ThirdPartyLogistics简称TPL或3PL)成为企业降低物流成本、提高物流服务水平，以及培育核心竞争优势的重要手段。随着第三方物流的迅猛发展，第三方物流企业(ThirdPartyLogisticsProviders.简称TPLP)的发展越来越受到关注，而战略联盟作为第三方物流企业发展的重要模式，也引起了国内外学者的研究热潮。在以往文献和研究成果中研究者多从物流服务的需求者和供给者的角度研究第三方物流战略联盟，或者只是研究联盟的形成条件、实施过程、联盟伙伴选择等问题，又或者只是探讨第三方物流企业运营过程中的实践操作层面的内容。即使研究者注意到了物流联盟这一新型企业关系，也多是从价值链的角度研究第三方物流企业和工商企业间的纵向联盟对价值创造的作用，而鲜有从战略管理的角度研究第三方物流企业间的横向联盟策略及其稳定性的文献资料。本文区别于以往研究成果中的研究方法和研究内容，选取第三方物流企业以及它与其他物流企业建立的战略联盟作为研究对象，研究物流企业间的横向联盟。文章首先从资源基础论和依赖论、核心能力理论和交易成本理论对第三方物流企业战略联盟进行经济学分析，奠定了其经济学基础;然后研究第三方物流战略联盟策略的构建，揭示联盟可以提高物流企业的收益，物流企业所处的外部环境有利于其构建稳定的联盟策略;最后基于利润分配视角，对影响物流联盟的内部因素进行研究，得出利于第三方物流联盟稳定发展的分配模型，从而为联盟企业制定合理的利润分配策略、保持联盟的稳定性提供参考。关键词:第三方物流企业;战略联盟;策略;稳定性AbstractAsglobalcompetitionintensifies,ThirdPartyLogistics(TPL)becomeanimportantwaytolowerlogisticscosts,improvingtheleveloflogisticsservicesandtrainthecorecompetitive.WithTPLdevelopingrapidly,thedevelopmentofThirdPartyLogisticsProviders(TPLP)ismoreandmoreconcern.ThestrategicalliancesasanimportantmodelofTPLP,whichagrowingnumberofTPLPchoose,haveattractedscholarsathomeandabroad.Intheexistingliteratureandresearchresults,researchersstudyTPLstrategicalliancefromtheperspectiveofcompanieswhichdemandforlogisticsservicesandlogisticsservicessuppliers,orsimplyresearchconditionsfortheformationofalliances,theimplementationprocess,andthechoiceofalliancepartners.Evenresearchersnotethelogisticsallianceasanewrelationshipamongenterprises,theyalwaysresearchtheroleofverticalalliancebetweenTPLPandotherenterprisesincreatingthevalue,andhardlystudyonthealliancestrategyandthestabilityofhorizontalallianceamongTPLprovidersfromastrategicmanagementperspectiveintheliterature.Differentfrompreviousresearchmethodsandcontentsintheexistingliterature,thispaperselectshorizontalstrategicalliancesbetweenTPLprovidersasamajorstudyobject.Firstly,itgivesaneconomicsanalysis,whichisbasedonresourcebasictheoryandresourcedependencetheory,corecompetencetheoryandtransactioncosttheory,forstrategicallianceamongTPLP.Se
