PAGEIII摘要互联网保险行业是是科技行业和服务行业的结合体。除此之外，还是金融与互联网产业两个行业相融合之后的产物。近段时间来，国内外学者围互联网保险行业的研究甚为活跃，所产生的有关文献，学术成果也尤为丰富，但作为一个金融行业的后起之秀，其出现具有一定的不成熟性，不稳定性，特别是从互联网保险行业的现状和发展的角度分析更有许多问题值得研究与分析。本文主要阐述了互联网保险行业的相关概念及内涵，围绕互联网保险行业对比传统行业的优势、劣势做了相应的分析，剖析了其费率低，编写查阅，销售渠道丰富的优势，政策体系程序性，互联网安全性，信用体系安全性的劣势，提出了完善制度，建设安全网络，发展复合型人才战略，提高创新能力的建议，并对该行业的未来充满信心。本文主要使用描述性分析的方法，针对互联网的大环境下的具体情况，进行系统性的分析。本课题主要将内容分为三个部分：第一，是描述了互联网保险的内涵、以及特征。第二，是从金融产品的角度互联网保险业务拓展进行了分析，第三，是对互联网保险业的发展给出了相关的改善建议，并做了展望与分析。关键词：互联网保险业复合型人才政策建设ABSTRACTInternetinsuranceindustryisthecombinationoftechnologyindustryandserviceindustry,andthecombinationoffinancialindustryandInternetindustry.Inrecentyears,scholarsathomeandabroadhavebeenveryactiveintheresearchofInternetinsuranceindustry,andtherelevantliteratureandacademicachievementsareparticularlyrich.However,asarisingstarinthefinancialindustry,itsemergencehascertainimmaturityandinstability,especiallyfromtheperspectiveofthecurrentsituationanddevelopmentofInternetinsuranceindustry,therearemanyproblemsworthyofstudyandanalysis.ThispaperfocusesontherelatedconceptsandconnotationsofInternetinsuranceindustry,analyzestheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofInternetinsuranceindustrycomparedwithtraditionalindustry,analyzestheadvantagesoflowrate,richsaleschannels,proceduralpolicysystem,Internetsecurity,andcreditsystemsecurity,andproposestoimprovethesystemandbuildasecuritynetwork,developthestrategyofcompoundtalents,improvetheinnovationability,andhaveconfidenceinthefutureoftheindustry.Thispapermainlyusesthemethodofdescriptiveanalysis,aimingatthespecificcircumstancesoftheInternetenvironment,tocarryoutasystematicanalysis.Thistopicisdividedintothreeparts:first,itdescribestheconnotationandcharacteristicsofInternetinsurance.Secondly,itanalyzesthedevelopmentofInternetinsurancebusinessfromtheperspectiveoffinancialproducts.Thirdly,itgivesrelevantimprovementsuggestionsforthedevelopmentofInternetinsuranceindustry,andmakesprospectandanalysis.Keywords:InternetinsuranceInter-disciplinarytalentPolicy
