摘要当下，企业的经营环境复杂，家电行业面临着很大的机遇和挑战，而家电行业中的小家电行业发展突飞猛进,由于准入门槛低，新兴企业层出不穷,大家电龙头企业也纷纷加入小家电市场，竞争十分激烈。财务战略作为公司战略实施过程中的重要职能战略，关系到企业在未来是否获得利润，小家电企业想要在市场占据一席之地，就要更关注财务战略问题。为了给相关小家电企业财务战略决策提供参考，本文以xg公司为例，该公司是一家专门走“创意小家电+互联网”路线的小家电企业，目前的发展规模还在持续扩张中，属于在成长期企业。本文首先运用swot分析法和pest分析法对该公司所处财务战略环境进行分析，接着采用该公司2015到2018相关财务数据分析该公司在筹资战略、投资战略和利润分配战略的现状和存在的问题，通过分析得知该公司存在筹资方式单一、投资领域集中、利润分配政策不稳定等问题，针对xg公司现行的财务战略中存在的不足，该公司应向多元化方向发展，在筹资方面要拓展融资渠道、加强资金使用效率；在投资方面要加大对外投资，扩展投资领域和扩大海外业务；在利润分配方面要更平衡股东利益和公司发展，以此提高财务战略水平。关键词：财务战略筹资战略投资战略利润分配战略AbstractAtpresent,thebusinessenvironmentofenterprisesiscomplex,andthehomeapplianceindustryisfacinggreatopportunitiesandchallenges,whilethesmallhomeapplianceindustryinthehomeapplianceindustryisdevelopingrapidly.Becauseofthelowaccessthreshold,emergingenterprisesemergeinanendlessstream,alltheleadingelectricenterpriseshavejoinedthesmallhomeappliancemarket,andthecompetitionisveryfierce.Asanimportantfunctionalstrategyintheimplementationofcorporatestrategy,financialstrategyisrelatedtowhethertheenterprisewillmakeprofitsinthefuture.Ifsmallhouseholdapplianceenterpriseswanttooccupyaplaceinthemarket,theyshouldpaymoreattentiontofinancialstrategy.Inordertoprovideareferenceforthefinancialstrategicdecision-makingofsmallhouseholdelectricalappliancesenterprises,thispapertakesXGcompanyasanexample.XGcompanyisasmallhouseholdelectricalappliancesenterprisespecializedinthelineof"creativesmallhouseholdelectricalappliances+Internet".Atpresent,itsdevelopmentscaleisstillexpanding,anditisagrowingenterprise.ThispaperfirstusesSWOTanalysisandPESTanalysistoanalyzethecompany'sfinancialstrategicenvironment,thenusesXGcompany's2015-2018relatedfinancialdatatoanalyzethecompany'scurrentsituationandproblemsinfinancingstrategy,investmentstrategyandprofitdistributionstrategy.Throughtheanalysis,weknowthatXGcompanyhasasinglefinancingmethod,concentratedinvestmentfield,unstableprofitdistributionpolicy,etcProblems:inviewoftheshortcomingsofXGcompany'scurrentfinancialstrategy,XGcompanyshoulddevelopinth
