黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计PAGE\*MERGEFORMAT35摘要双柱式举升机是一种汽车修理和保养单位常用的举升设备,广泛用于轿车等小型车的维修和保养。它是一种把整车装备重量不大于4吨的各种轿车、面包车、工具车等举升到一定高度内供汽车维修和安全检查作业的保修设备。本文通过对我国汽车举升机现状的调查、研究、分析，参考国内外解决举升机安全与稳定性问题的解决措施，对几种举升机进行了分析，并结合我国举升机存在的实际情况，提出了适合我国汽车修理行业的双柱式汽车举升机设计方案。本文首先阐述了双柱式汽车举升机设计的目的和意义、发展状况以及应用前景。分析论证了一种举升承载质量为3.2t的双柱式汽车举升机总体设计方案，进行了举升机构的机械系统、液压系统、电气系统等主要机构的方案分析和选择，并对机械部分进行了运动分析以及强度和刚度的校核计算，对液压系统进行了设计和计算。本课题基于计算机仿真平台，应用当前CAD/CAE领域应用比较广泛的二维软件AutoCAD进行绘图。关键词：升举机；CAD绘图；液压系统；液压系统；计算校核ABSTRACTDoublecolumntypeelevatormachineisacarrepairandmaintenanceunitsofthecommonlyusedliftingdevice,widelyusedincarscompactcarrepairandmaintenance.Itisavehicleweightisnotmorethanfourtonsofequipmentofallkindsofcars,vans,suchasvehicleliftingtoacertainheightforcarsinmaintenanceandsafetyinspectionofhomeworkmaintenanceequipments.Thisarticlethroughtoourcountryautoliftmachine,theinvestigationofthepresentsituationofresearch,analysis,referencetosolveliftingmachineathomeandabroadwiththestabilitysafetymeasurestoresolvetheproblemofseveralliftingmachineisanalyzed,andincombinationwiththeliftingofthemachinearetheactualsituation,proposedthesuitableforChina'scarrepairindustrydoublecolumntypeautoliftmachinedesign.Thispaperexpoundsthedoublecolumntypeautoliftmachinedesignofpurposeandmeaning,developmentsituationandapplicationprospect.Thepaperanalysisthebearingqualityforaliftingofthe3.2tdoublecolumntypeautoliftmachine,theoveralldesignschemeofliftingmechanismofmechanicalsystem,hydraulicsystem,electricalsystem,themaininstitutionoftheschemeandoptions,andanalysisofthemechanicalpartsofthemovementanalysisandthestrengthandstiffnessofthehydraulicsystemtocheckcalculation,thedesignandcalculation.Thissubjectisbasedonthecomputersimulationplatform,theapplicationofthecurrentCAD/CAEfieldiswidely2dsoftwarefordrawingAutoCAD.Keywords:Riseformachine;CADdrawing;Hydraulicsystem;Mechanicalsystem;Checkcalculation第1章绪论1.1选题背景近年来,我国汽车市场十分活跃,2002年之后,中国汽车工业的增长一直在以2位数的速度攀升。预计未来的10多年里,中国的汽车需求量仍将保持以10%～15%的增幅攀升。随着我国城市化的发展,
