汽车专业毕业论文---答辩通过极具参考价值哈尔滨工业大学毕业设计（论文）-PAGEI-摘要无级变速器特点是采用传动带和工作直径可变的主、从动轮相配合传递动力。由于无级变速器可以实现传动比的连续改变，从而得到传动系与发动机工况的最佳匹配，提高整车的燃油经济性和动力性，改善驾驶员的操纵方便性和乘员的乘坐舒适性，所以它是理想的汽车传动装置。无级变速系统主要包括主动轮组、从动轮组、金属带（关键所在）和液压泵等基本部件。主动轮组和从动轮组都由可动盘和固定盘组成，与油缸结合的一侧带轮轴向滑动，另一侧则固定。可动盘与固定盘都是锥面结构，它们的锥面形成V型槽与V型金属带啮合。发动机输出轴输出的动力首先传递到无级变速器的主动轮，然后通过V型传动带传递到从动轮，最后经减速器、差速器传递给驱动轮。工作时通过主动轮与从动轮的可动盘作轴向移动来改变主动轮、从动轮锥面与V型传动带啮合的工作半径，从而改变传动比。可动盘的轴向移动量是由驾驶者根据需要通过控制系统调节主动轮、从动轮液压泵油缸压力来实现的。本设计旨在通过对金属带式无极变速器的研究，找到可循的改良方案。关键词无级变速器；金属带式无极变速器；无级变速器设计AbstractCharacteristicsofcontinuouslyvariabletransmissionbeltsandworkwithadiameterofvariablefromthewheelfittransferofpower.Duetothecontinuouschangeofcontinuouslyvariabletransmissioncanimplementtheratioinordertogetthebestmatchoftransmissionandenginecondition,improvingvehiclefueleconomyandpower,improvetheoperatingconvenienceofdriversandpassengersridingcomfort,itisanidealvehicletransmissiondevice.Continuouslyvariabletransmissionsystemwhichincludesroundgroup,fromthewheelgroup,themetalwiththekeyandbasiccomponentsofhydraulicpump.ActiveWheelGroupandpassiveWheelGroupiscomposedofmovableandfixeddisk,andcombinecylindersidewithAxialslidingandtheothersideisfixed.Movableandfixedconestructure,theyconeFormVtypeslotwithV-typemetalbeltmesh.Engineoutputshaftofoutputpowerfirstdeliveredtocontinuouslyvariabletransmissionfordrivingwheels,andthenbyV-belttransmissionwheel,thefinalreduceranddifferentialpassdrivingwheels.Workbydrivingwheelswithgearofmovabletomovetochangethedrivingwheels,fromtheworkofV-beltmeshandgearconeradius,thuschangingtheratio.MovableplateunderAxialmovement,whichwasdrivenbyneedsthroughthecontrolsystemofactiveround,fromthewheelHydraulicPumpcylinderpressuretoachieve.ThisisdesignedbythestudyofmetalV-belttypenon-polartransmission,foundthroughimprovementscheme.Keywords：CVT；MetalBeltContinuouslyVariableTransmission；ContinuouslyVariableTransmission目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc280190601"摘要PAGEREF_Toc280190601\hIHYPERLINK\l"_Toc280190602"AbstractPAG
