XX大学硕士学位论文绩效考核体系研究STYLEREF"标题1"\*MERGEFORMAT摘要摘要作为人力资源管理中最重要的环节之一，绩效考核在帮助企业实现战略目标中起着举足轻重的作用。绩效评价方法有很多种，分别适合不同特点的企业和不同类型的员工。企业针对自身特点选择或开发有效的绩效评价体系对于吸引人才、留住人才、培养人才、利用人才和激励员工，提高企业经济效益和竞争优势至关重要。特别是那些正处于快速发展时期的企业，选择或开发适合自己公司的考核方式更是显得尤为迫切。本文以石窑店矿业为企业背景，首先介绍了研究的背景、国内外研究现状和本文研究思路。然后从绩效考核体系设计的相关基础理论入手，对石窑店矿业的管理模式、人力资源状况、实际运营情况和公司原有绩效状况进行了深入研究，分析了石窑店矿业绩效考核的现状及所存在的问题。针对石窑店矿业在绩效考核方面的主要问题，本文运用绩效考核的先进理论和方法，寻找出一种与石窑店矿业实际结合非常适当的考核方法，并由此设计新的绩效考核方案。该考核方案在石窑店矿业得到了初步运行，验证了绩效考核对石窑店矿业发展起到的重要推动作用。关键词：绩效考核绩效管理指标体系目标管理AbstractSTYLEREF"标题1"\*MERGEFORMATAbstractAbstractAsthehumanresourcesmanagementinoneofmostimportantlinks,theachieve-mentsinspectionachieveshelpenterprisetoachievethestrategictargetplaysanimportantrole.Therearemanymethodsofachievementsassessment,andtheysuitsthedifferenttypesofenterpriseandemployees.Enterpriseschooseordeveloptheirowncharacteristicsforeffectiveperformanceevaluationsystemforattractingandretainqualifiedpersonnel,personneltraining,useofpersonnelandmotivateemployees,enhanceeconomicefficiencyandcompetitiveposition.Especiallythosewhoareinrapidgrowthofthebusiness,selectordevelopassessmentmethodsforyourcompanyisparticularlyurgent.ThisarticletaketheShiyaodianminingindustryastheenterprisebackground,Firstintroducestheresearchbackground,domesticandabroadresearch,andresearchideas,thenperformanceappraisalsystemdesignfromthebasictheory.BythedepthanalysisoftheShiyaodianminingindustrymanagementpattern,thehumanresourcescondition,theactualoperationsituationandthecompanyoriginalachievementscondition,findouttheperformanceevaluationproblems.Inviewoftheexistingproblemsintheperformanceappraisalandcompensationmanagement，thepaperuseadvancedtheoriesandmethodsofperformanceappraisalandcompensationmanagementtofindabetterwayfititsactualsituation,andhasdesignedanewperformanceappraisalprogram．Afterthesystemhasbroughtintoeffect，itverifiedthattheimplementationofperformanceappraisalandperformancepaysystemplayallimportantroleinthepromotionofcompany’sdevelopment．KeyW
