xx理工大学毕业设计1本科毕业设计说明书石油树脂反应器进料冷却器设计PETROLEUMRESINREACTORCHARGINGCOOLERDESIGN学院（部）：机械工程学院专业班级：过控11-3学生姓名：指导教师：2015年5月12日PAGE\*MERGEFORMATI石油树脂反应器进料冷却器设计摘要浮头式换热器是管壳式换热器的一种典型结构，也是目前应用比较广泛的一种换热器。这类换热器具有结构坚固、易于制造、可靠性高、适应性广、处理能力大的特点,并且生产成本低、选用的材料范围广、换热表面的清洗比较方便。合成石油树脂工业中，对进料进行冷却是工艺中的一个重要环节，因而换热器是该工业中必备的设备。换热器是实现化工生产过程中热量交换与传递不可缺少的设备。在石油、化工、轻工、制药、能源等工业生产中，常常需要把低温流体加热或者把高温流体冷却，把液体汽化成蒸汽或者把蒸汽冷凝成液体。这些过程均和热量传递有着密切联系，因而均可通过换热器来完成。本次设计就是利用相关知识，设计出达到工艺所规定的要求，同时强度、结构可靠，便于制造、安装和检修，以及经济上合理的浮头式换热器，满足生产要求。本设计以循环水和石油树脂为介质，按实际设计步骤进行计算、核算以及开孔补强等结构设计，并画出换热器的CAD装配图。关键词：浮头式换热器，设计计算，结构，强度PAGE\*MERGEFORMATII1PETROLEUMRESINREACTORCHARGINCOOLERDESIGNABSTRACTfloatingheatexchangerisatypicalstructureoftheshellandtubeheatexchangerandawiderangeofheatexchanger.Thistypeofheatexchangerhasthecharacteristicsofasimplestructure,compact,highreliabilityandwideadaptability,andlowcostoftheproduction,widechoiceofusedmaterials,moreconvenientofcleaningheatexchangerthesurface.Synthesisofacetyleneindustry.Thechargeofcoolingisimportantlinkintheprocesswhichmakescoolerbethenecessaryequipmentinthisindustry.Heatexchangeristherealizationofheatexchangeandtransferduringtheprocessofchemicalproductionindispensableequipment.Inpetroleum,chemicalindustry,lightindustry,pharmaceuticals,energyandotherindustrialproduction,oftenneedsthefluidheatingatlowtemperatureorthehightemperaturecoolingfluid,theliquidturnsintovapororsteamcondenseintoliquid.Theseprocessesandheattransferarecloselylinked,andthereforecanbethroughtheheatexchangertocomplete.Thistopicdesignistheuseofrelatedknowledge,designedtoreachtherequiredprocessrequirements,atthesametime,strength,reliablestructure,easytomanufacture,installationandmaintenance,aswellasthefloating-headtypeheatexchanger,meettheproductionrequirements.ThedesignofthecirculatingwaterandPetroleumresinasthemedium,calculatedaccordingtotheactualdesignsteps,andcalculationandstructuraldesign,suchasopeningreinforcement.anddrawtheassemblydrawingCADhea
