中国商法英译本词汇误用研究——以基于语料库的方法的中期报告ThisisapartialreportontheresearchonvocabularymisuseintheEnglishtranslationofChineseCommercialLawusingacorpus-basedapproach.本文是基于语料库的方法对中国商法英译本中词汇误用的研究的中期报告。OurstudyisbasedonaparallelcorpusofChineseCommercialLawanditsEnglishtranslations,consistingofmorethan200,000words.我们的研究基于一个包含超过20万词条的中英平行商法语料库。WefirstidentifiedthetypesofvocabularymisuseintheEnglishtranslations,includingmisapplication,mistranslation,andmisinterpretation.我们首先确定了英译本中的词汇误用类型，包括误用、误译和误解。Then,weconductedaquantitativeanalysisofthefrequencyanddistributionofvocabularymisuseinthecorpus.接着，我们对语料库中词汇误用的频率和分布进行了数量化分析。Ourpreliminaryresultssuggestthatmisapplicationisthemostcommontypeofvocabularymisuse,followedbymistranslationandmisinterpretation.初步结果表明，误用是词汇误用中最常见的类型，其次是误译和误解。Furthermore,wefoundthatthefrequencyanddistributionofvocabularymisusevariesacrossdifferentchaptersandsectionsoftheCommercialLaw.此外，我们发现词汇误用在商法不同章节和段落中的频率和分布差异较大。Ournextstepistoconductaqualitativeanalysisofspecificexamplesofvocabularymisuseinthecorpus,inordertoidentifytheunderlyingreasonsforsucherrorsandproposesolutionstoimprovethequalityoftheEnglishtranslationsofChineseCommercialLaw.我们下一步将对语料库中具体的词汇误用例子进行定性分析，以确定其错误根源，并提出改进中国商法英译本质量的解决方案。
