PAGE\*MERGEFORMAT47建筑企业项目管理成熟度评价研究【中文摘要】建筑企业项目管理作为一种现代化的管理方式，它是伴随社会建设和管理大型项目的需要而产生，建筑企业项目管理的水平的高低对项目的成败起到至关重要的作用，并影响到建筑企业整体的发展。我国建设企业项目管理水平还存在不足，需要进一步的提高以适应更激烈的国际化竞争。项目管理成熟度模型是当前国内外项目管理研究的热点，它作为将难以定量化的企业项目管理的质量高低进行客观有效评价的工具，可以帮助企业改善项目管理能力和水平，并能取得企业内部和外部对其项目管理能力状况的信任，最终起到提高组织的项目管理水平的目的。因此，本文试图通过对项目管理成熟度模型在我国建筑企业项目管理过程中的应用研究，为我国建筑企业找到一个提高项目管理水平的方法。本论文首先对项目管理、项目管理成熟模型的概念，以及国内外相关研究进展进行了回顾。在此基础上，对我国建筑企业项目管理特征进行了剖析。随后，论文重点介绍了OPM3项目管理成熟度模型的目标作用、基本构成、结构等内容。最后通过对项目管理成熟度模型OPM3在北京中外建建筑设计有限公司的进行了局部应用案例研究，最后对建筑企业如何进一步实施项目管理成熟度评价与提升提出建议。【关键词】建筑企业；项目管理成熟度；OPM3[Abstract]Asamodernmanagementmethod,constructionprojectmanagementresultsfromthegreatsocialconstructionandmanagementneedsoflarge-scaleproject.Thelevelofconstructionprojectmanagementplaysacrucialroleandhasgreatimpactonthedevelopmentofconstructionenterprises.TherearemanydeficienciesintheprojectmanagementofconstructionenterprisesinChina.Weneedtoimprovetheprojectmanagementlevelinordertoadapttomoreintenseinternationalcompetition.ProjectmanagementmaturitymodelsarethehotspotintheresearchofprojectmanagementbothinChinaandintheoutside.Asatool,whichcaneffectivelyandobjectivelyevaluatequalityofenterpriseprojectmanagementthatisusuallyhardtoberationed,itcanhelpenterprisestoimproveabilitiesofmanagementtoahighlevel,andgainthetrustofboththeinsideandtheoutsideoftheenterprisesintheirstateoftheabilitiesinprojectmanagement.Finallyitcanhelporganizationstoimprovetheirabilitiesofprojectmanagement.Forthisreason,thisthesisattemptstofindamethodofimprovingprojectmanagementforourChineseconstructionenterprisesbyanalyzingtheapplicationofprojectmanagementmaturitymodelinChineseconstructionarea.Firstly,thisthesisreviewstheconceptsandresearchstatusofprojectmanagementandprojectmanagementmaturitymodel.Secondly,thisthesisanalyzestheprojectmanagementfeaturesofconstructionenterprisesinChina.Subsequently,thisthesisintroducestypicalprojectmanagementmaturitymodel(OPM3)'sscope,basicconstitutesandstructureandappliesittoatypicalconstructionenterprise——BEIJING
