摘要随着中小企业市场竞争愈演愈烈，中小企业陈旧的存货管理的方式不再能够很好地适应当今计划经济时代的需要和市场经济社会发展的需求。因此在我国中小企业存货管理会计准则中明确指出“小企业存货管理是在中小企业的主营经济业务或者发展的过程中为中小企业的生产或者商品销售过程中所储备的一种物资。中小企业存货管理是一种具有直接调节商品生产和销售的管理作用。如果中小企业存货收集与管理不当，会直接给企业造成有形或者其他各种无形资产的巨大经济损失。而合理的中小企业对存货采购信息管理原则的目的是把中小企业采购货物的实际库存量严格地管理控制在适当的存货管理标准之内，既不至于直接造成中小企业存货采购物资的严重积压或者是浪费中小企业商品能够储存的空间，又可以保证中小企业商品的存货量能够很好地完全满足中小企业客户的存货采购要求。基于此，本文以中小企业深圳市迈科智能有限公司为具体的实际工作案例，对其中小企业存货管理采购的信息收集与管理的一些实际工作现状和问题进行了深入的分析，总结并明确指出目前存货管理工作中已经存在的一些情况和问题，认为目前中小企业深圳市迈科智能有限公司在对中小企业存货的管理采购、存货的保管、安全的控制存货量以及中小企业对存货管理采购的信息收集与管理的其他相关政策信息以及对存货管理采购需求的统计与数据分析等各个方面，都已经开始存在着种种问题。最后，本文根据这些工作中存在的问题，提出了进一步加强中小企业的对存货管理采购的信息收集与管理的具体对策以及建议，认为应该有效的建立一套完善的企业存货采购信息管理系统。关键词：存货管理；采购；保管；内部控制AbstractWiththeincreasinglyfiercemarketcompetition,theoldinventorymanagementmethodsofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisescannolongeradapttothedevelopmentneedsofthemarketeconomy.China'ssmallandmedium-sizedenterpriseaccountingstandardspointoutthat"inventoryisintheeconomicdevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesintheprocessoftheproductionorsalesofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesreservematerials.Inventoriesareusedtoregulateproductionandsales.Iftheinventoryisnotmanagedproperly,itwillcausehugelossoftangibleorintangibleassets.Andreasonableinventorymanagementistocontroltheinventoryofgoodsintheappropriatestandards,bothdonotcausematerialbacklogwastespace,andcanmeetcustomerrequirements.Therefore,howtomaintainthebalancebetweeninventorycostandinventorybenefit,reduceinventorycostbyscientificmethods,improvetheturnoverspeedofworkingcapitalandacceleratetheutilizationefficiencyofcapitalofsmallandmedium-sizedenterpriseshasbecomeamajorproblemtobesolvedurgently.Basedonthis,thispapertakesmiccointelligentcompanyasaspecificcase,analyzesthecurrentsituationofitsinventorymanagement,summarizestheexistingproblems,andthinksthatmiccointelligentcompanyhasvariousproblemsininventorypurchase,inventorystorage,safetyinventoryandinventorymanagementinformationdemandanalysis.Finally,accordingtotheseproblems,thispaperputsforwardcountermeas
