摘要我国是服装出产与消耗的大国，服装拥有巨大的市场且不断在增大。但是库存管理一直是服装行业面临的难题。所有行业都面临库存控制问题，一些公司受其性质的影响并且库存相对较低，而一些行业的库存相对较低，而其他一些相对较多，普遍而言服装企业库存积压过多，供给链乃至可以裁夺企业的命运。不过即便供给链有这样的严重性，中国服装企业的供给链经管水平还是在相对初级的水平，欠缺经管经历，这些问题都限制了中国服装业的繁荣。其中，供给链经管中库存量高的问题已经成为中国一大批服装品牌必须面对和处理的主要难题。所以，我们必须模仿有关的优秀的供给链管理经验和库存管理经验，变更为更符合国内有关的服装企业的高效供给链管理及库存管理系统。本文基于案例分析法，结合国内相关文献，对企业存货管理的内容、意义、与财务效率之间的关系展开论述，与博奕服装公司有关的存货管理问题的角度出发，对该公司存货管理的能力进行合理的分析，优化其存货管理的方式，改善其存货管理的能力，消除存货管理的问题，使博奕服装公司能够在竞争激烈的服装市场中能够得以平稳发展。关键词：库存商品存货管理供给链管理AbstractChinaisamajorcountryintheproductionandconsumptionofclothing,andclothinghasahugemarketandisconstantlyincreasing.However,theinventorymanagementproblemhasalwaysbeenanintractableproblemfacingtheapparelindustry.Allindustrieswillfacetheproblemofinventorymanagement.Somecompaniesareaffectedbytheirownnature,andtheirinventoryisrelativelylow,whilesomeindustrieshaverelativelylowinventory.Therearemany,generallyspeaking,therearetoomanyinventorybacklogsinapparelcompanies,andthesupplychaincanevenlayoffthefateofthecompanies.However,evenifthesupplychainhassuchseriousness,thesupplychainmanagementlevelofChineseapparelcompaniesisstillatarelativelyprimarylevel,andlackofeconomicmanagementexperience,theseproblemshavelimitedtheprosperityoftheChineseclothingindustry.Amongthem,theproblemofhighinventoryinsupplychainmanagementhasbecomeamajorproblemthatalargenumberofChineseclothingbrandsmustfaceanddealwith.Therefore,wemustimitatetherelevantexcellentsupplychainmanagementexperienceandinventorymanagementexperience,andchangeittobemoreinlinewiththeefficientsupplychainmanagementandinventorymanagementsystemofdomesticrelatedapparelcompanies.Basedonthecaseanalysismethodandrelateddomesticliterature,thisarticlediscussestherelationshipbetweenthecontent,significance,andfinancialefficiencyofenterpriseinventorymanagement.Fromtheperspectiveofinventorymanagementissuesrelatedtogamingapparelcompanies,thecompany'sinventorymanagementcapabilitiesCarryingoutreasonableanalysis,optimizingitsinventorymanagementmethods,improvingitsinvent
