摘要要怎样去强化企业的存货管理，和要怎样去维护、去确保流动资产的安全一直以来都是个火热的话题。对于一个生产型的企业来说，存货占据了资产的很大一部分，从这就可看出它在企业中是多重要。因为医药行业管理存货的难度会比较大、再加上政策法规又特别严格，所以企业想要发展得好的话就一定要采用有效、实用的存货管理方法才行。本文通过对B公司的案例分析，试图找出了B公司在存货管理中存在的某些问题，并提出与之相关的对策，从而希望有助于帮助B公司完善其存货管理，提高经济效益。本文先是解释了存货管理的概念和重要性，接着，就以B公司为案例，介绍了B公司的基本状况后，重点说了其在存货管理方面存在的问题及原因如：缺乏稳定的供应商、部分产品质检粗糙、日常巡检和盘点不到位、ABC分类管理法实施中存在缺陷这四个方面的问题。再最后针对B公司在存货管理方面上存在的那些不足的地方，提出了下面的几个建议：一是完善对存货供应商选择的流程、二是完善对相关员工的绩效考核、三是完善仓管人员分工并明确责任范围、最后是完善ABC分类法下的存储管理。关键词：存货管理存货医药行业AbstractHowtostrengthentheenterprise'sinventorymanagement,andhowtomaintain,toensurethesafetyofliquidassetshasbeenahottopic.Foraproductionenterprise,inventoryoccupiesalargepartoftheassets,whichshowshowimportantitisintheenterprise.Becauseofthedifficultyofinventorymanagementinthepharmaceuticalindustryandthestrictpolicyofthepharmaceuticalindustry,theenterprisesmustadoptpracticalandeffectiveinventorymanagementmethodsiftheywanttodevelopwell.ThroughthecaseanalysisofBCompany,thispapertriestofindoutsomeproblemsexistingintheinventorymanagementofBCompany,andputsforwardsomerelevantcountermeasures,soastohelpBcompanytoimproveitsinventorymanagementandimproveeconomicefficiency.Thispaperfirstexplainstheconceptandimportanceofinventorymanagement,andthen,takingcompanyBasacase,introducestheBasicSituationofcompanyB,theproblemsandcausesoftheinventorymanagement,suchasthelackofstablesuppliers,theroughqualityinspectionofsomeproducts,thelackofroutineinspectionandinventory,andthedefectsintheimplementationofABCclassificationmanagementmethod,areemphasized.Finally,inviewofthedeficienciesintheinventorymanagementofcompanyB,thefollowingsuggestionsareputforward:oneistoimprovetheprocessofselectinginventorysuppliers,theotheristoimprovetheperformanceevaluationofrelevantemployees,thethirdistoimprovethedivisionoflaborandclearresponsibilityscopeofwarehousemanagers,andfinallytoimprovethestoragemanagementunderABCclassification.Keywords:InventoryInventorymanagementmedicineindustry目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc35641079"
